Immanuel Bible Church member Martin Bodrog was one of the individuals killed during the mass shooting at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard on Monday September 16, 2013. Thus our radio audience has a close connection to Immanuel Bible Church and thus we are asking our radio audience to pray for the Bodrog family and members of Immanuel. Pastor Steve Holley is Pastor of Ministries at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Virginia just outside of Washington D.C. and is our guest today to discuss this tragedy and how their church is responding. Immanuel has sadly been in the news before as one of their members was killed at the Pentagon on 9-11-01 and several were injured. Steve talks with us today about the Martin’'s celebration of life service that will be held at Immanuel on Saturday. Steve answers the common question asked by many which is why God permits such evil to occur in our world.
