Brannon’s guest is Gregg Jackson, co-author of “We Won’t Get Fooled Again: Where The Christian Right Went Wrong, and How To Make America Right Again.” This book, that was endorsed by Governor Mike Huckabee, declares that much of the Religious Right has compromised and thus the “the larger war for the soul of America has been lost.” The authors are writing about some of the same issues Brannon has been discussing such as when they write that the Religious Right “may have done more to advance the Left’s agenda than the liberals could have ever accomplished on their own.”
