U.S. Senator Rand Paul, and Judge Napolitano and others are warning that should this amendment remain in this bill and it becomes law, the federal government could arrest American citizens and hold them permanently without a trial simply based on suspicion. Some Americans are saying this is too hard to believe but it is true and some national figures are trying persuade the American people to call their U.S. Senators and ask them to defeat this threat to our liberty and the potential for political and religious persecution by a tyrannical government.
