The Perfections of God - Decree part 1 April 10, 2017

The next incommunicable perfection to which we turn our attention is the Decree of God. We will see that the Decree, or, purpose and will of God, is comprised of many decrees that perfectly comprise His overall will and that His will, or purpose, will be accomplished.
