U.S. Federal Reserve Takes a Step Closer Towards a Social Credit Score System: November 14, 2022

CNN teams up with the Department of Homeland Security to warn
Americans about “violence on election day,” setting the stage for a potential false
flag attack.
It was a bad week for conservatives at the U.S. Supreme Court, as the High Court
rejects several key cases related to gun control, vaccine mandates and Mike
Lindell’s defamation suit against Dominion.
More pushback from Congress against FBI corruption to report.
And who is Ray Epps, that mysterious character who popped up on January 6
videotape encouraging people to enter the U.S. Capitol? A new documentary
attempts to enlighten America on Epps’ background and possible connections to
the FBI.
All these stories and much more when the Worldview Report begins, right now!

Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report. I’m your host, Brannon
Howse.
CNN is now reporting that “federal officials” are offering training for local
elections officials on ways to prevent violent confrontations on Election Day,
which is coming up on November 8th.
These federal officials with the Department of Homeland Security say they are
worried about violence on Election Day. Why?
It’s important to note that these same “federal officials” tipped off CNN on this
threatening development.
CNN reported: (excerpt follows in next 5 graphs)
Federal officials are offering state and local election officials training to “safely de-
escalate” confrontations with voters that could turn violent ahead of November’s
midterm elections, according to an email to election workers obtained by CNN.
The move underlines the level of concern ahead of the upcoming elections and
comes in response to a steady stream of violent threats and harassment that election
officials have faced since the 2020 election, much of it from people who falsely
claim that the vote was marred by fraud.

The training includes “non-confrontational techniques” for dealing with angry
voters as well as how to determine if an “emergency response” is needed or if law
enforcement should be alerted, the Department of Homeland Security’s
Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in an email this
week to election industry workers.
CISA encouraged election officials to contact the agency for in-person or virtual
training, because “personal safety is paramount.”
“The current environment is arguably much more complex than it’s ever been for
election officials, who are doing the important work of securing their election
infrastructure and protecting our democracy,” Kim Wyman, CISA’s senior election
security lead, said in a statement to CNN, adding, “This includes unprecedented
levels of threats and harassment targeting election officials.”

Now for some coverage of the U.S. Supreme Court and its barrage of not so
friendly decisions this week for conservatives.
For this coverage we turn to J.D. Rucker, the conservative journalist and writer for
The Liberty Daily.
Rucker reports that the Supreme Court released a list of decisions on October 3
that it refused to hear.
Here are three of the biggest losses on that list for conservatives:
1. Supreme Court Declines to Hear Challenge to Biden’s Federal Vaccine Mandate
for Healthcare Workers
The U.S. Supreme Court turned away an appeal from Missouri and nine other
states challenging Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
Last November, Joe Biden imposed a federal vaccine mandate on all healthcare
workers, which affected 10.4 million people.
In January of this year the U.S. Supreme Court blocked Joe Biden’s OSHA vax
mandate for private businesses with 100 or more employees.
In a separate, simultaneously released ruling, the high court – in a 5-4 vote –
allowed a similar vaccine mandate to stand for healthcare facilities that receive
Medicaid and Medicare.

2. Supreme Court Declines to Hear Challenge to Trump-Era Bump Stock Ban
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a challenge to the Trump-
era ban on bump stocks, a gun accessory that allows semi-automatic firearms to
shoot more rapidly.
The decision comes after a federal appeals court in August upheld the bump stock
ban, which was enacted by the Trump administration in 2018 in response to the
2017 Las Vegas massacre. Then-president Donald Trump vowed to ban bump
stocks after it was reported that the gunman used the rifle accessory in his deadly
rampage that killed 60 people and injured more than 500 others at a music festival
on the Vegas strip.
The Trump administration rule classifies guns equipped with bump stocks as
machine guns, which are prohibited by the National Firearms Act and the Gun
Control Act. A Utah gun rights advocate and the pro-Second Amendment group
Gun Owners of America brought separate challenges to the law, which the
Supreme Court declined to hear. The high court did not issue comment on its
decision.
3, Supreme Court Rejects Mike Lindell Appeal
Mike Lindell asked the Supreme Court to overturn a decision by a federal judge to
allow Dominion’s billion-dollar defamation lawsuit against him to continue.
But the Supreme Court rejected his appeal and thus refuses to hear it.
Overall, October 3 was a bad day for conservatives who were tuned in to these
three important cases.

A group of Republican congressmen sent a letter to an official from the Federal
Bureau of Investigation on Thursday demanding that she participate in a
transcribed interview with regard to an apparent purge of the bureau’s conservative
agents who have acted as whistleblowers to Congress.
The letter, signed by Congressmen Jim Jordan of Ohio, ranking member of the
House Judiciary Committee; Darrell Issa of California; and Mike Johnson of
Louisiana, was sent to the executive director of the FBI’s human resources branch,
Jennifer Leigh Moore, demanding that she participate in the interview.

According to the congressmen, Moore has approved many “adverse personnel
actions,” claiming that the agency is “purging” conservative agents. Moore has
until Tuesday to schedule the interview.
The allegations against Moore were uncovered in an ongoing investigation into
allegations of misconduct within the FBI.
The letter states that:
“During the course of this investigation, we have received protected whistleblower
disclosures that the FBI is engaging in a ‘purge’ of employees with conservative
views by revoking their security clearances and indefinitely suspending these
employees.”
Many of the formal notices for these adverse personnel actions have been signed
by Moore, the congressmen allege, noting that one whistleblower who suffered
retaliation from Moore made a protected disclosure to Congress, the contents of the
disclosure noting Attorney General Merrick Garland’s decision last October to
label parents protesting at school board meetings as domestic terrorists.
The congressmen also note that under Title 5 of the United States Code, agencies
are prohibited from retaliating against whistleblowers who make protected
disclosures.

The U.S. Federal Reserve has taken a major step in the direction of creating a
social credit scoring system for American banks, along the lines of the Chinese
Communist Party system of rating people and companies for their compliance with
state-media sponsored narratives.
They’re calling it a pilot program and saying it’s only temporary, but clearly it’s
designed with a purpose in mind.
The Fed said in a statement issued on September 29:
SHOW STATEMENT
https://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/pressreleases/other20220929a…

“Six of the nation’s largest banks will participate in a pilot climate scenario
analysis exercise designed to enhance the ability of supervisors and firms to
measure and manage climate-related financial risks. Scenario analysis—in which
the resilience of financial institutions is assessed under different hypothetical
climate scenarios—is an emerging tool to assess climate-related financial risks, and
there will be no capital or supervisory implications from the pilot.”
In a recent Substack post, analyst Jordan Schachtel interprets this Orwellian
statement from the Fed as follows:
“In other words, the Fed is working with the big banks to monitor their ability to
comply with the ruling class’s preferred enviro statist technocratic tyranny. The
unaccountable people behind the American money printer claim that this exercise
is ‘exploratory in nature and does not have capital consequences.’”
The statement adds that the “scenario analysis can assist firms and supervisors in
understanding how climate-related financial risks may manifest and differ from
historical experience.”
What exactly does this mean?
Jordan Schachtel says the Fed is clearly leaning into the climate hoax narrative, or
the pseudoscientific idea that humans are catastrophically impacting the climate,
but not because they somehow care about the environment. The climate narrative is
the chief rhetorical facilitator for the ESG movement. ESG stands for
Environment, Social and Governance standards, as developed by Blackrock CEO
and World Economic Forum member Larry Fink, and this system differs little from
the Chinese Communist Party’s social credit system.
Any bank participating in a “pilot program” like this is clearly woke and deserves
to go broke.
The banks working with the Fed in this pilot program are Bank of America,
Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo.
Schachtel concludes that “it’s just a scenario, until it’s not.”
The program is scheduled to launch in early 2023.

The Worldview Report, along with many others, have previously reported how
satanists have for years supported ever-expanding abortion rights and Planned
Parenthood.
They held a satanic milk bath protest in 2015 in support of Planned Parenthood.

A former high wizard of Satanism, Zachary King, who later became a Christian,
said he would sometimes be called in to perform satanic rituals during abortion
procedures.
In 2015 Satanists raised cash to support the Democrats’ abortion-on-demand
policy.
In 2017 Planned Parenthood teamed up with satanists to expand their Missouri
abortion business.
In September 2021 the Satanic Temple attacked the Texas abortion law arguing
that it violates their freedom to perform “abortion rituals.”
We could go on, but you get the point. Abortion is a type of sacrament, a ritualistic
rite of passage into the ideology of leftism and the religion of satanism.
So, it should come as no surprise, then, that earlier this week the Satanic Temple
sued the state of Indiana over the state’s abortion laws. The Satanists say
restricting abortion violates their religious rights.
Indianapolis Star reported:
The Satanic Temple is suing the state of Indiana on claims the state’s near-total
abortion ban violates the rights of its Hoosier members who want abortions after
their birth control failed.
A lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana by the
Massachusetts-based religious association says it brought the lawsuit on behalf of
anonymous women from Indiana who say they became pregnant by accident
despite using contraceptives.
Under Indiana’s new law they would not be able to get an abortion, according to
the lawsuit.

The Satanic Temple has more than 11,300 members in Indiana, according to its
lawsuit. The group “venerates, but does not worship” the allegorical Satan as
featured in the 17th-century epic poem Paradise Lost by John Milton. They follow
a set of tenets including the belief that a person’s body is subject to their will and
their will alone, the lawsuit says, and that beliefs should “conform to one’s best
scientific understanding of the world.”

A 36-year-old participant in the 2022 London Marathon died after collapsing
between miles 23 and 24 on the course, organizers said in a statement released on
Monday.
According to the online publication, Runner’s World, the man received immediate
medical treatment on the course, according to organizers, and an ambulance
arrived within three minutes. He later died at the hospital. The cause of death has
not yet been identified.
“Everyone involved in the organization of the London Marathon would like to
express sincere condolences to his family and friends,” the statement reads.
The family has requested privacy and no further details will be released.

Meanwhile, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, family is still coming to terms with the
unexpected death of their 26-year-old son, Joseph.
The Keating family said an autopsy was conducted and found that the COVID
vaccine was one of the contributing factors to Joseph’s death.
Joseph’s parents Bill and Caleen Keating say they are still coming to terms with
the fact that they lost their son, who was trying to stay safe in the midst of the
pandemic.
Bill told Dakota News Now, “We’re not anti-vaxxers or pro-vaxxers. We just
wanted both sides of the story told.”

The Gateway Pundit reports that on Sunday, October 2, hundreds of thousands of
people in Atlantic Canada were still without electricity, caused by Hurricane Fiona,
which had destroyed homes and closed roads across the region.
While many Canadians were struggling and still coping with the damage caused by
the hurricane, what did Prime Minister Justin Trudeau do?
Why, he took a day off and went bungee jumping.
Take a look.

In America, we have a president who likes to bike ride and can’t seem to keep his
balance.
In Canada, they have a prime minister who likes to bungee jump, when he’s not
busy singing karaoke.
Take a look at Trudeau in London for the queen’s funeral last month, when he
couldn’t resist stopping to put on a drunken rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody for a
small group of bystanders.

Who is Ray Epps? Is he linked to Dominion Voting Systems? Was he an agent
working for the FBI or possibly the CIA? A new mini documentary is out that
attempts to answer these questions. Epps, a Mormon and a former Marine from
Arizona, is a shadowy character whose name keeps popping up in the events of
January 6 but nobody in the FBI or Justice Department wants to talk about him,
and that especially includes Attorney General Merrick Garland. Take a look at this
clip from the seven-and-a-half minute documentary from Broken Truth.

Fascinating information put out there on Mr. Epps. And that’s only a little more
than half of the mini documentary. It can be viewed in full on Rumble under the
title, Ray Epps, Dominion, and January 6.

Well, it’s happening again. A brazen replication of Covid 1.0 may have just been
set in motion, and that’s the subject of our Worldview Report commentary tonight.
The Daily Mail reports that U.S. health officials have given another controversial
research organization a $650,000 grant to experiment on Covid-like viruses –
despite evidence that similarly risky work may have actually sparked the
pandemic.
EcoHealth Alliance, run by British zoologist Dr. Peter Daszak, funded studies in
Wuhan – the Chinese city where scientists deliberately manipulated an animal
virus into a coronavirus that was highly infectious among humans.
As the saying goes, the wise man learns from other’s mistakes, the fool doesn’t
learn from his own.
So this latest action places the U.S. government squarely in the category of the
fool.
EcoHealth Alliance's five-year experiment will investigate “the potential for future
bat coronavirus emergence” in Asia, with scientists set to trawl caves in Myanmar,
Laos and Vietnam in the hunt to prevent another viral crisis.
The grant was awarded last month by the National Institute of Allergy and
Infectious Diseases, which is still run by Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Fauci is known to be close to Peter Daszak.
Daszak once thanked Fauci in an email for downplaying theories that Covid may
have been created in a lab.
Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance reportedly received $60 million in federal cash over
the past decade. Some of this money was funneled straight to the Wuhan Institute
of Virology, which is overseen by the Chinese Communist Party. What could
possibly go wrong?

We’ve already seen what could go wrong. The bureaucracies in Washington have
seen it too. Now they are giving more taxpayer dollars to the same third-party
recipient that already misused taxpayer dollars before, causing hundreds of
thousands of deaths and creating a market for a so-called vaccine that has made
billions in profits for Moderna, whose co-patent holder is the same NIH federal
agency handing out grants to the man conducting the controversial gain of function
research. See the connection here?
This is a level of corruption that kills nations. We have a taxpayer-funded arm of
the government actively funding a mad scientist who creates deadly viruses, and
then the government turns around and offers a solution in the form of a vaccine
that is even more deadly.
That wraps up this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for tuning in. Good
night and God bless, and may God save America.
