All these stories and much more when the Worldview Report begins, right now!
Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.
Western allies of Israel continue to send military support, the latest comes from the British and more from the Americans.
The BBC reports that “the UK will send two Royal Navy ships and surveillance aircraft to the eastern Mediterranean in plans to bolster security.”
The outlet added that aircraft will begin patrols on Friday to “track threats to regional stability such as the transfer of weapons to terrorist groups.”
The aircraft carrier Dwight D. Eisenhower and its fighters were also scheduled to deploy the U.S. 6th Fleet on October 13th.
USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier has already been commissioned and sent to the Mediterranean area.
General Michael “Erik” Kurilla, commander of U.S. Central Command, said earlier this week:
“The arrival of these highly capable forces to the region is a strong signal of deterrence should any actor hostile to Israel consider trying to take advantage of this situation.”
A new report reveals that just under 70% of active-duty soldiers for the United States are believed to be overweight.
The American Security Project published a whitepaper last week that emphasized the need for the Armed Forces to drastically bring down their overall weight.
The study found the following disturbing facts:
- Obesity poses a complex challenge to recruitment, readiness, and retention within the U.S. Armed Forces. Rapid and sustained recurrence of obesity across all services, ranks, and positions now poses a dire threat, especially for at-risk populations and those in critical combat roles.
- To effectively tackle the military obesity crisis, the Department of Defense must significantly improve its research and reporting.
- The growing prevalence of obesity in service members reduces the readiness of the all-volunteer military, but it isn’t a moral failing; it’s a health crisis.
Additionally, the group reported:
- 68% of active-duty service members are overweight or obese, and obesity is the leading disqualifier of military applicants and a primary contributor to in-service injuries and medical discharges.
- Military obesity rates across the active duty have more than doubled over 10 years, from 10.4% in 2012 to 21.6% in 2022. Eating disorders increased by approximately 79% between 2017 and 2021.
- Antiquated body composition policies and stigma prevent effective treatment of obesity within the Armed Forces.
Moms Across America requested that the top ten most popular fast-food brand meal samples be tested for 104 of the most commonly used veterinary drugs and hormones. Due to large industry confined animal feeding operation conditions, which include extremely close quarters, unsanitary spaces, and a high incidence of disease, most of America’s nonorganic meat comes from livestock that is heavily treated with antibiotics, growth hormones, and an anti-parasitic which is also a known aviary contraceptive.
Fast food is consumed by eight-five million Americans each day, and many chains are the primary suppliers of many school lunches. Thirty million school meals are served to our children each day, and for millions of underprivileged children, these toxic meals are their only access to nutrition. Previous testing has shown that America’s school lunches are, indeed, toxic.
To further investigate the status of a major source of food and nutrition for children as well as adults in America, Moms Across America and its supporters commissioned, with support from Children’s Health Defense and the Centner Academy, extensive testing on 21 of the country’s most popular fast-food brands. The 21 brands include the top 20, as rated by the QSR50, as well as In-N-Out Burger, which came in as #33 but was included in the testing because of its frequent claims to be a “healthier” version of fast food. In all, 42 samples of fast-food meals gathered from 21 locations nationwide were tested by the Health Research Institute.
The brands were tested for veterinary drugs and hormones, glyphosate and pesticides, heavy metals, phthalates, PFAS, minerals, vitamins, and calories. This report is a portion of the testing program showing the veterinary drugs and hormones results in the top 10 brands, which are McDonald’s, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Burger King, Subway, Domino’s and Chipotle.
- Three veterinary drugs and hormones were found in 10 fast food samples tested.
- One sample from Chick-fil-A contained a contraceptive and antiparasitic called Nicarbazin, which has been prohibited.
- 60% of the fast food samples contained antibiotic Monesin, which is not approved by the FDA for human use and has been shown to cause severe harm when consumed by humans.
- 40% of the samples contained the antibiotic Narasin, which has been shown in animal studies to cause anorexia, diarrhea, depression, ataxia, recumbency, necrosis, damage of heart and skeletal muscles and even death.
- Only Chipotle and Subway had no detectable levels of veterinary drugs and hormones.
Moms Across America concluded that “we are paying a high price to eat toxic food no matter how cheap the meal costs.”
The New York Post reports that two transgender cyclists took home the gold and silver medals at a women’s cycling event in Chicago last week — sparking fresh controversy as only one biological female made the podium.
Tessa Johnson, 25, won first place in the Women’s Single Speed and Cat Half categories at the Chicago CycloCross Cup (CCC) on October 7, while Evelyn Williamson, 30, placed second in the Single Speed contest.
Their efforts left only one biological female on the podium for the Single Speed race — Allison Zmuda.
For her success in the women’s Cat Half, Johnson won $150, and Williamson received $75 in prize money for placing fourth.
Records show Williamson has been racing in the women’s category since at least 2017, earning 18 titles.
But in 2020, Williamson appeared to compete in both the men’s and women’s categories at the Sky Express Winter Criterium, where he won first place as a woman — but he did not place against the men.
The annual event features over a dozen different races and openly welcomes trans riders.
This is an injustice to women, and all true women should boycott such tournaments. That’s the only way this nonsense will stop.
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin made it clear that the U.S. has not forgotten about Ukraine, and will continue to send military support there and to Israel as well.
Austin – who once sat on the board of directors for the mega-defense contractor Ratheon, the second largest such contractor in the U.S. – expressed continued U.S. support, and claimed Hamas’ attacks were worse than ISIS.
America’s support for Israel’s security is ironclad, he said, adding:
“As a former commander of Central Command, the deliberate cruelty of Hamas vividly reminds me of ISIS. Bloodthirsty. Fanatical. And hateful. And like ISIS, Hamas has nothing to offer but zealotry, bigotry, and death. The world has just witnessed a great evil; the deadliest attack on civilians in the history of the State of Israel, and the bloodiest day in Jewish history since the end of the Holocaust.”
And security assistance from the Department of Defense is already rapidly flowing into Israel, Austin said.
That includes munitions, air-defense capacities, and other key equipment and resources.
It also includes more interceptors for the Iron Dome to save Israeli lives.
Austin added, “Now, Hamas attacked at a moment of global challenge. But the United States is the most powerful country in the world. And we remain fully able to project power, uphold our commitments, and direct resources to multiple theaters. So, we will stand with Israel even as we stand with Ukraine. The United States can walk and chew gum at the same time.”
Several days ago Ukrainian President Zelensky lamented that attention was being drawn away from Ukraine by the new war breaking out in Israel, stating:
“There is a risk that international attention will turn away from Ukraine, and that will have consequences. The tragedies affecting Ukraine and Israel are different, but both are immense.”
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said during multiple campaign events over the weekend that the United States should not allow any Palestinians from inside Gaza to seek refuge in the U.S.
The Republican presidential candidate made the remarks after Hamas, a Palestinian Islamic terrorist organization, murdered more than 1,300 Israelis last week and injured 3,000+ more in the deadliest day in Israel’s history.
“I don’t know what Biden’s gonna do, but we cannot accept people from Gaza into this country as refugees,” DeSantis told supporters at a rally in Iowa on Saturday. “I am not going to do that. If you look at how they behave, not all of them are Hamas, but they are all anti-Semitic. None of them believe in Israel’s right to exist.”
DeSantis noted that “none of the Arab states are willing to take any of them” and that those countries are the ones that should ultimately be responsible for helping Palestinian Arabs.
“You don’t fly people and import them into the United States of America,” he said. “So, we’re going to be very strong on that. And I think about our country, you see these demonstrations supporting Hamas in the United States of America. How did we get to the point where people are out there doing that — you get reports of babies being murdered, all this other stuff — and your first instinct is to go out and praise the terrorists who perpetrated that? You have students at Harvard signing letters, praising Hamas for doing it.”
While we’re on the topic of Palestinians and how they would act if sent to America as refugees, just look at the Palestinians who are already here.
One of the most prominent is Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.
A video clip purportedly from 2019 shows Rep. Tlaib, the progressive Democrat of Detroit, telling one of her Jewish constituents that Israel and the Palestinian people should “coexist” after being asked by the constituent if Israel has a right to exist.
She replied, “Separate but equal doesn’t work, it didn’t work with blacks and whites in our country, it shouldn’t work in Israel. Right?”
The Jewish woman who took the video, who asked not to be publicly identified, pressed Rashida Tlaib, asking, “So would that be a right for Israel to exist?”
“Do they pay you guys?” Tlaib responded. “Do you work for Netanyahu?”
The questioner informs the congresswoman that she is an American citizen, pressing Tlaib for an answer.
Tlaib has faced backlash over her stance in the ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel, drawing condemnation not just from Republicans but also from the White House.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre slammed the comments of Tlaib and other progressive Democrats in Congress.
“I’ve seen some of those statements this weekend, and we’re going to continue to be very clear. We believe they’re wrong, we believe they’re repugnant, and we believe they’re disgraceful,” Jean-Pierre said when asked for the administration’s reaction to comments made by Representatives Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. and Cori Bush, D-Mo.
In an address to the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference in San Diego on Saturday, October 14, FBI Director Christopher Wray issued a dire warning about the rise of violent extremism, both domestic and international.
The warning of an imminent attack comes amid ongoing conflict between Israel and the Islamic terror organization Hamas, which has already claimed thousands of lives, including 29 Americans.
“Before I get into some of the specific ways we’re doing that work together, I want to take a moment to offer my heartfelt condolences to the people of Israel, and share the outrage that I know we all feel at the sheer brutality and disregard for innocent lives there.”
Then, he added this:
“History has been witness to antisemitic and other forms of violent extremism for far too long. Whether that be from foreign terrorist organizations, or those inspired by them, or domestic violent extremists motivated by their own racial animus, the targeting of a community because of their faith is totally unacceptable.”
Wray indicated that there has been a significant uptick in reported threats following the attacks in Israel, cautioning the public to remain vigilant for “lone actors.”
Republican Jeff Landry rode the endorsement of former President Donald Trump to victory Saturday in a crowded primary to elect Louisiana’s next governor. Democrat John Bel Edwards had been term-limited from seeking re-election. “Thankful beyond belief. I’m ready to get to work for Louisiana!” Landry posted on X after his win.
Democrat Shawn Wilson polled 25 percent of the vote, followed by Hunter Lundy — an evangelical independent — and several other candidates.
In Saturday’s primary, voters could pick whomever they pleased, regardless of party affiliation. If no one had received a majority — which had been considered the most likely outcome — a runoff would have been held next month.
In an interview, Landry representative Kate Kelly indicated the depth of the surprise the outright victory represented, according to the Times-Picayune, stating:
“I didn’t have a press release prepared for this.”
Trump, who won about 60 percent of the vote in Louisiana in 2016 and 2020, had backed Landry, according to The New York Times. Republicans now control the governor’s office to go along with a legislative supermajority.
Landry said, as reported by the AP, “Today’s election says that our state is united. It’s a wake-up call and it’s a message that everyone should hear loud and clear, that we the people in this state are going to expect more out of our government from here on out.”
Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.
In June the Palestinian SAMA News Agency openly reported that U.S. weapons left in Afghanistan when the Biden regime surrendered to the Taliban have now found their way to Gaza.
This was three months before the historic Hamas attack on Israel last weekend.
More than 1,300 Israelis and foreign tourists are dead, over 3,000 were injured, and 120 Israelis were captured and sent back to Gaza as hostages.
In 2021, Joe Biden armed the Taliban with $80 billion in U.S. weapons and supplies when he surrendered to the Taliban and fled Afghanistan in 2021.
Joe Biden supplied the Taliban terrorist organization and their Islamist accomplices with billions of dollars-worth of U.S. weapons, armed vehicles, helicopters, ammunition, and piles of cash.
Rather than destroying the equipment before leaving the country, Biden surrendered nearly $85 billion worth of U.S. military equipment to the Taliban.
Now that war material is being used by the Palestinians against the Jewish state.
In fact, as the Gateway Pundit reports, Joe Biden left 300 times more guns than those passed to the Mexican cartels in Obama’s Fast and Furious program.
The Taliban later released a video of the weapons Biden left behind and the room full of stacks of $100 bills Joe left for good measure.
Let us never forget how our government betrayed us and turned its back on our brave soldiers who served in Afghanistan, leading to the enemy openly mocking us, and later to the murder of Israelis using American equipment.
I hope this lingers in the memory of every American. We are a country ruled by traitors. If they would have such reckless disregard for the security of an ally like Israel, should we expect them to have any more concern for we Americans?
I don’t think so.
Next time these America-last globalists in both parties tell you to do something, whether it’s to take another vaccine or send your son or daughter to fight another one of their wars, you should consider their track record.
That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for watching, and for supporting this viewer-supported broadcast.
