The United Nations World Health Organization is secretly negotiating a set of amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that would impose an invasive testing, vaccination and quarantine regimen on international travelers.
Ongoing negotiations on these amendments were kept secret for more than a year until California researcher James Rogoski uncovered the latest draft version of the amendments in February.
In a recent interview, Rogoski said these amendments to the International Health Regulations are not so much an attack on national sovereignty as they are a “very dangerous expression of national sovereignty.”
Exiting the WHO, as the U.S. did under former President Donald Trump, will also not provide any real answers to this power grab, Rogoski explained, stating “Unless every nation exited the WHO these rules would still apply.”
That’s because the enforcement powers for these invasive methods are being given to nations not to exercise over their own citizens but over the citizens of every other country who are entering legally as foreign travelers.
The proposed amendments would include adding terminology for so-called conveyance operators, which includes operators of planes, trains, subways, cruise lines, buses, etc.
These operators, both public and private, would have to comply with “health measures which may include isolation and quarantine as required, for application on board as well as embarkation and disembarkation.” That means you could be confronted both getting on and getting off of a plane, cruise ship, or train, and asked to take a PCR test, or to show proof of vaccination against whatever disease they are looking for.

The next series of meetings for the IHR working group is April 22-26, where they will continue to negotiate, in secret, these draft amendments. The plan is to have them ready for approval by the WHO’s World Health Assembly in late May.
Rogoski closed by saying “In my opinion, adding more authority to nations to quarantine travelers, test and vaccinate people, is very dangerous. Especially with vaccines that don’t work and tests that are fraudulent.”

Joe Biden’s FBI and Justice Department are hunting down pro-life, conservative grandmas while ignoring Antifa and BLM militants.
Four more pro-life Christians were convicted of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, or FACE Act, following a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion clinic, The Gateway Pundit reports.
The four individuals – Eva Edl, Eva and James Zastrow, and Paul Place – now face potential penalties of a year in prison and thousands of dollars in fines, with sentencing set for July 30th.
The convictions were the result of a one-day bench trial overseen by Middle District of Tennessee Magistrate Judge Chip Frensly, according to The Daily Caller.
Judge Frensly sided with the Justice Department, affirming that the defendants had indeed broken the federal law. The verdict was reached after less than 30 minutes of deliberation.
Defense lawyers criticized the prosecution as an excessive use of federal power, particularly pointing to the Biden regime’s aggressive stance against individuals expressing their beliefs in a non-violent manner.
They argued that their clients were simply engaging in prayer and worship in hopes of dissuading women from terminating their pregnancies.
The charges stemmed from an incident on March 5, 2021, when the defendants participated in a pro-life demonstration at the Carafem abortion facility in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The group, which included the four convicted, had gathered in the office building’s second-floor hallway outside Carafem, engaging in prayer, hymn singing, and attempting to dissuade women from proceeding with abortions.
In October 2022, eleven pro-life advocates were arrested.
Among those put on trial earlier was Paul Vaughn, whose arrest at gunpoint by heavily armed FBI agents barging into his home has been criticized for its use of force.
Retired FBI agent Steve Gray decried the FBI’s actions as excessive compared to his own experience with arrests involving gang and organized crime, where less force was used.

The Army and Air Force are calling up retired officers in a desperate attempt to fill key holes in U.S. military readiness.
The application window for the Voluntary Retired Return to Service Program opens Thursday, April 4th, the Air Force said in a release.
The Air Force initiative aims to fill up to 1,000 mid-career positions, urgently seeking pilots, combat systems officers, recruiters, and air-traffic controllers.
The Army has followed suit with a similar program targeting retired personnel in “critical-position vacancies.”
The Gateway Pundit notes that recruitment under Joe Biden has been hampered by Covid vaccine mandates as well as an increasingly woke military atmosphere where trans soldiers are given special privileges while Christian soldiers are persecuted, bases host drag-queen shows, and leaders with a history of anti-white statements are recruited and promoted.
According to Army Times, the Army fell about 15,000 soldiers — or 25% — short of its recruitment goal in 2022, officials confirmed Friday, despite a frantic effort to make up the widely expected gap in a year when all the military services struggled to find young people willing and fit to enlist.
The 2023 fiscal year is likely to be even worse. The shortfall forced the Army to cut its planned active-duty force from 476,000 to 466,000, but according to the War on The Rocks outlet, “Army officials project that active end strength could shrink by as much as 20,000 soldiers by September, down to 445,000.”
That means the size of the nation’s primary land force could fall by as much as 7 percent in just two years — at a time when the Biden administration is actively provoking war with Russia.
The Gateway Pundit notes that another challenge is a major decline in enlistment from white males, a demographic that historically made up the largest portion of the Army’s recruits.
The number of white recruits decreased by nearly half in the past five years, with the most substantial annual drop of 6% occurring from 2022 to 2023.

After nine years serving as foster parents in Washington state, Shane and Jennifer DeGross say they have lost their foster-care license because of their religious beliefs concerning gender-identity policies.
The couple has filed a federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court against the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families.
They are being represented in their lawsuit by Alliance Defending Freedom, which issued a statement to The Center Square:
“Washington state officials are putting their own ideological agenda ahead of children who just need a loving home. The DeGrosses were told that based on new regulations passed in Washington as of 2022, they would be required to disavow their religious beliefs if they wanted to continue being foster parents.”
Alliance Defending Freedom explained that foster parents in Washington must now accommodate gender-affirming and sexual identity language and gender-affirming healthcare for any child in their custody. This involves chemical hormone treatment and mutilating surgeries. They make the unproven and outrageous claim that to deny such treatment will lead to a higher rate of suicides.
The law firm stated, “Washington is putting families like the DeGrosses to an impossible choice: speak against your faith and lie or give up the opportunity to care for hurting children.”

The United Nations is ramping up its climate hysteria and fear mongering with a new program encouraging people to turn off their lights and other power sources in a purported bid to combat climate change.
Just over a week ago on March 23, the UN published an announcement to celebrate “Earth Hour,” a day that encourages everyone around the world to go lights out for 60 minutes.
The UN posted on its website: “The largest global environment movement is happening on Saturday, when the UN invites people around the world to shut the lights to remember the planetary crisis during Earth Hour as young partners find new ways to drive climate action.”
The UN also noted “the UN Secretariat [was] in the dark from 8:30 p.m. New York time on Saturday, when all the lights in the 40-story on the East River [were] turned off for 60 minutes.”
Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in a video brief:
“On Earth Hour, millions of people around the world switch off the lights to shine a light on the plight of our planet. This year, I invite you to be one of them.
The need is urgent. Our climate is collapsing. Last year was the hottest ever.
Earth Hour is a global show of solidarity for taking a different path. It demonstrates the power each of us has in the fight for our future.”

Well, another day and another report of a Boeing aircraft suffering a mechanical failure.
Only this time it was carrying high level U.S. government officials.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s Boeing government aircraft suffered an undisclosed mechanical failure on his trip to Brussels for a NATO meeting on Wednesday, April 3rd, forcing a surprise road trip and delayed arrival.
As the Daily Mail reported, the mechanical issue forced Blinken’s delegation to drive from Paris to Brussels for a meeting of foreign ministers at NATO headquarters. The driving distance from Paris to Brussels is 194 miles and lasts four hours.
Thanks to the mechanical failure, Blinken arrived about two hours late for the meeting. The Daily Mail notes the U.S. Air Force owns and operates the Boeing 737 Blinken uses during his overseas trips.

The United Kingdom has implemented a new policy that requires families and farmers to register their poultry flocks, whether they have hundreds of birds or just one or two in their backyards.
Originally the law required poultry keepers of 50 or more birds to file a registration with the government, but this law has been adjusted for any number of birds. A new separate filing was created for people who manage less than 50 birds, which used to be optional.
This applies to all poultry birds, even those kept as pets, the government says.
Registration information will include things such as the size of the flock, how they are fed and raised, farming systems used, other livestock kept on the property, etc.
This law will be implemented starting in September.
Apparently this new law is in keeping with an increased national guidance on disease control due to the purported spread of bird flu, according to Farmers Weekly.
The paper said: “By registering their birds, keepers will ensure they receive important updates relevant to them, such as local avian disease outbreaks and information on biosecurity rules to help protect their flocks. The register will also be used to identify all bird keepers in disease-control zones, allowing for more effective surveillance.”
Registration. Surveillance. What the government has the power to register, the government has the power to regulate, search and seize. This is flat out tyranny. But it’s all being done for our protection, right? Yeah, that’s what they always say.

Bird flu hysteria is also starting to ramp up in the United States.
One America News Network reports that the largest producer of fresh eggs in the United States has temporarily closed one of its facilities in Texas after bird flu was found in some of its chickens. Officials also announced that the virus had been detected at a poultry facility in Michigan.
Cal-Maine Foods said one of its facilities in Parmer County “tested positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza, resulting in depopulation of approximately 1.6 million laying hens and 337,000 pullets, or approximately 3.6% of the Company’s total flock as of March 2, 2024.”
The USDA says safely handled and properly cooked eggs are safe to eat.
Cal-Maine Foods added that:
“Production at the facility has temporarily ceased as the Company follows the protocols prescribed by the USDA,” while noting there is “no known risk related to HPAI associated with eggs that are currently in the market and no eggs have been recalled.”
The latest closure by the egg producing company comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced on Monday that a person in Texas tested positive for the bird flu.
The CDC said in a statement:
“This person had exposure to dairy cattle in Texas presumed to be infected with (H5N1) viruses. The patient reported eye redness as their only symptom, and is recovering. The patient was told to isolate and is being treated with an antiviral drug for flu.”

Taiwan was hit by its strongest earthquake in 25 years on Wednesday morning, and it happened during rush hour when a great number of vehicles were on the road, and buses and trains were running. The death toll stands at nine dead, 50 missing, and more than 800 injured, while 137 more are reportedly trapped in cars, tunnels and buses. Another 87,000 homes are without power.

The quake measured 7.4 on the Richter scale and triggered landslides in mountainous regions that caused buildings, bridges and tunnels to collapse.
Seismologists warned dangerous aftershocks are possible over the next three to four days.
Taiwan’s top transportation minister said the transportation system in eastern Taiwan was paralyzed by the earthquake, including both road and rail traffic. He anticipated it would be several days before rail services could be restored.

Former CDC Director Dr. James Redfield stated in a recent interview that the Covid pandemic was caused by a leak from a biolab. He said it was part of a “biodefense program.”
He is calling for a moratorium on all gain-of-function research.
He divulged this information in an interview with The Hill, stating:
“This pandemic was caused by science…I think it was done probably as part of a biodefense program that largely was trying to make a vaccine vector...but unfortunately that virus escaped...probably somewhere in the September [2019] timeframe. I do believe that the most likely answer when we get to the truth is that this pandemic was caused by science, not by a natural spillover event.”

Wow! That is perhaps the most conclusive answer from anyone in an official position of authority on how the Covid pandemic got started. He said this type of scientific research is dangerous and risky and should be halted unless it can be proven to be done in a safe, responsible and effective way.
And what if there is no safe, responsible and effective way? And what if nefarious actors leaked it on purpose? Then it becomes a bioweapon, not an accident. And that’s exactly what I believe Covid was intended to be. We’ve had multiple subject-matter experts already say that is the most-likely scenario.
And here we have the former head of the CDC coming very close to saying the same thing. Too bad he couldn’t muster up the courage to go public with this information back in 2020. If someone in a position of such high authority in the U.S. healthcare system had stood up and demanded full accountability, things may have turned out quite differently.
But they all stayed silent, or went along with the stampede of disinformation being led by Dr. Anthony Fauci. Nobody wanted to cross Fauci. They all feared him. And millions have died as a result, both from the disastrous hospital protocols during the pandemic and the toxic experimental jabs they rolled out to supposedly save us all.
The government will never learn its lesson. It will attempt this same scenario again if given the chance. They’ve already warned us about it. Disease X, they call it. The fear porn and the panic reporting will return, possibly just in time for election season. It’s a matter of when, not if, they tell us once again to shelter in place and be afraid. The question is, will any of us believe them and submit once again to their PCR tests and their toxic genetic vaccines? I hope not.
