Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

We start off tonight with a brilliant smackdown of the globalists who just concluded their annual summit in Davos, Switzerland.

Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation, attended the World Economic Forum summit last week and took it to the globalists on their own stage, telling them boldly and very directly that “You are part of the problem, you are not the solution.”

During a discussion titled “What to Expect from a Possible Republican Administration,” Roberts tore into the elitists.

“I will be candid,” Roberts began, adding “the agenda that every single member of the [future Republican] administration needs to have, is to compile a list of everything that’s ever been proposed at the [WEF], and object to all of them wholesale.”

He further urged that “anyone not prepared to do that, and take away this power of the unelected bureaucrats and give it back to the American people, is unprepared to be a part of the next conservative administration.”

When the discussion turned to Donald Trump, Roberts told the host of the panel, Sir Robin Niblett, a ‘distinguished fellow’ of Chatham House, that “It’s laughable that you or anyone would describe Davos as protecting liberal democracy,” adding “It’s equally laughable to use the word ‘dictatorship’ at Davos and aim that at President Trump… I think that’s absurd.”

He continued, “The very reason I’m here at Davos is to explain to many people in this room and who are watching, with all due respect – nothing personal – that you are part of the problem.”

John Scott, head of sustainability for Zurich Insurance Group, suggested that people’s growing inability to afford basic necessities such as electricity to keep from freezing in their homes is actually a good thing as it helps the globalists achieve their decarbonization goals.

Scott explained this during a January 10th forum discussing the World Economic Forum’s recently published 2024 Global Risks Report.

During a Q&A session discussing the findings in the report, Scott was asked about collaboration in tackling climate change and how it’s not keeping pace with the Paris Agreement. He was asked “how do you see real collaboration that keeps up with the pace of the risks happening, given everything else that we are talking about with climate change?”

Scott responded as follows:

“I think it’s just a reality that the world just doesn’t get organized by International cooperation anymore, you know it’s fragmented, it’s in flux.

You know we talked about the cost of living crisis, you know some people’s, most people’s electricity bills are so high that they’re desperately trying to find some way of getting off the grid or removing themselves from the cost of purchasing electricity, so I think it’s these kind of things that you know it gives us some hope and optimism actually, that we can deal with some of these global risks when we see the global cooperation at an international level not really working so well.”

Ford Motor Company has announced it is cutting way back on production of its electric F-150 Lightning pickup trucks as the demand for electric vehicles continues to sink.

The latest knock to the EV industry came Friday, when Ford announced it would move about 1,400 of the 2,100 employees from its Lightning plant in Dearborn, Michigan, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The employees will be shuffled around to other Ford factories to ramp up production of existing gasoline-power vehicles that people actually want to buy.

Morningstar reported some of the workers will take advantage of their union’s recently-negotiated retirement incentive program.

Another 700 will be moved to the company’s Michigan Assembly Plant, where a third crew will be added to boost production of gas-powered Bronco sports utility vehicles and Ranger pickups.

In total, the company said its decision to cut production on the F-150 Lightning is expected to create 900 jobs.

Ford’s stock price saw a jump of more than half a percent Friday morning after the news was announced.

Imagine that. An auto manufacturer actually manufacturing vehicles that everyone knows are popular. That’s called capitalism. Something the U.S. government and many large corporations seem to have forgotten how to practice.

Consumers have shown an increasing preference for traditional vehicles over the past year as it became self-evident that EVs aren’t practical, cost-effective or reliable to run as your primary source of transportation.

Batteries for even the most basic Tesla models can run anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000 — or higher, Business Insider reports.

Those same batteries are prone to spontaneously catching fire, putting structures at risk, while also taking firefighters tens of thousands of gallons of water to put out.

Even then, the cars must be isolated, as the batteries are prone to reigniting — in some cases, days later.

Many new electric vehicle drivers have also expressed frustration over how they perform in extreme temperatures.

Charging the vehicles in frigid temperatures can slow the process — costing customers at charging stations extra dollars.

Meanwhile, the driving range of the vehicles, already not great, tends to decrease even further during winter weather.

These and other issues have dominated news as of late, and have without a doubt contributed to Ford’s decision to cut production on the F-150 Lightning.

When the vehicle was first announced in 2021, Ford touted it as the “truck of the future.” Such giddy statements were based on fiction, not science.

Less than three years later, the trucks have failed to win over consumers as EVs pile up on dealership lots and manufacturers are now forced to cut production.

Shawn Barber, a Canadian pole vault world champion and Olympian, has died unexpectedly, his agent, Paul Doyle, announced last Thursday. He was 29 years old.

No cause of death has been released, but Doyle told the Associated Press that his client had recently been experiencing “health issues,” which Doyle did not elaborate on.

Barber reportedly died Wednesday at his home in Kingswood, Texas.

Barber's career peaked in 2015 with his win at the world championships in Beijing, where he cleared 5.90 meters on his first attempt.

Here is a video clip of him clearing his world championship 5.9 meter jump in 2015.

The sports journalism community is in mourning following the sudden and unexpected death of Mike Dickson, a longtime writer for the Daily Mail.

Dickson collapsed and died while in Melbourne covering the Australian Open. He was 59 years old.

Mike Dickson’s career spanned nearly four decades, during which he became a mainstay in press boxes around the globe, first covering cricket matches and later the world of tennis.

More recently, he was known for taking a hard stance against Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic. Unlike his fellow professional tennis players, Djokovic chose to obey his conscience and refused to submit to the biomedical-security state’s toxic death jab.

Dickson was extremely critical of Djokovic and tried to goad the tennis legend into changing his mind on the vax. Through various articles, Dickson not only challenged Djokovic’s decisions but also highlighted the potential implications for his legacy and public image.

In one of his articles in the Daily Mail, Dickson scolded the tennis star by writing, “Novak Djokovic could ruin his chances of becoming the GOAT by refusing to take the vaccine… it is a strange hill to die on for a player who is so desperate to be loved.”

This isn’t the first time we’ve reported on journalists who were the most militant promoters of the jab keeling over and dying. This should be a lesson to the wise. It’s not your business to judge an athlete or anyone else for medical decisions that affect their bodies and not anyone else’s.

A group of 18 senators sent a letter to the Department of Justice on January 18th raising concerns that facial-recognition software could reinforce racial bias in the criminal justice system.

The senators, led by Democrat Senators Raphael Warnock of Georgia and Dick Durbin of Illinois, stated that facial-recognition software has become widely used in law enforcement in recent years.

They stated in the letter that the FBI deploys facial-recognition technology through its Facial Analysis, Comparison, and Evaluation unit, which has access to over 641 million photographs.

They argued in a letter addressed to Attorney General Merrick Garland that:

“These technologies can be unreliable and inaccurate, especially with respect to race and ethnicity.”

The senators were concerned that the use of certain forms of biometric technology could violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, noting that black people have been arrested “based on little or nothing more than an incorrect facial-recognition match.”

The letter adds that, “The law prohibits intentional discrimination as well as discriminatory effects.”

This type of strawman argument is typical of the race-obsessed Democrats.

Here’s a novel idea. How about doing away with this invasive technology, period. Not just for black people but for all people. The government in Washington has proven itself unworthy to be trusted with this kind of technology. Trying to make a case that they would only weaponize facial-recognition software against one certain race is downright silly. Stop it. And stop all of the Orwellian biometric digital identifiers being used by provably dishonest and tyrannical government officials.

Well, the numbers are in and 2023 was the worst year for home sales in nearly three decades.

Sales of previously occupied U.S. homes sank in 2023 to a nearly 30-year low as mortgage rates climbed to the highest level in more than two decades and prices hit record highs, pushing home ownership out of reach for many Americans.

The National Association of Realtors reported last Friday that existing U.S. home sales totaled 4.09 million units last year, an 18.7% decline from 2022. That is the weakest year for home sales since 1995 and the biggest annual decline since 2007, the start of the housing slump of the late 2000s.

The median national home price for all of last year edged up just under 1% to record high of $389,800, the NAR said.

Mortgage rates surged in 2023, climbing to a two-decade high of 7.08% by late October as the Federal Reserve continued to boost its key lending rate in a quest to cool the economy and tame inflation.

The sharply higher home loan borrowing costs limited home hunters’ buying power on top of soaring prices. A frustratingly low number of homes for sale also kept many would-be homebuyers and sellers on the sidelines.

Mortgage rates have been mostly easing since November, echoing a pullback in the 10-year Treasury yield, which lenders use as a guide to pricing loans. The yield has largely come down on hopes that inflation has cooled enough for the Federal Reserve to shift to cutting interest rates this year.

In the latest iteration of “go woke and go broke” Sports Illustrated is laying off its entire staff.

Following through on a warning earlier this monthAuthentic Brands Group has revoked Sports Illustrated’s license to publish due to a missed quarterly license payment of $3.75 million.

As a result, the entire staff of the 70-year-old print and online publication was notified on Friday that their jobs were being eliminated.

This is proof of the obvious. If you’re in the business of selling magazines, why would you continuously print products with photos of people nobody wants to look at?

Sports Illustrated has repeatedly placed photos of half-dressed obese women and men pretending to be women on its magazine covers.

And now its top corporate officers wonder why the magazine has lost its appeal? You’ve got to be kidding me!

The Biden regime won’t open up federal lands to oil drillers but it will offer up more than 22 million acres of such land to solar farms.

We all know that solar panels are toxic and cause toxic chemicals to leach into the ground. The proponents of so-called “green” energy voice little to no concerns over that while pushing for more and more land to be outfitted with those horrific rows of solar panels.

Electrek.com reports that the Biden regime announced recently it has updated the roadmap for solar development to 22 million acres of federal lands in multiple Western states.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory have determined that 700,000 acres of federal lands will be needed for solar farms over the next 20 years, so BLM recommended 22 million acres to give “maximum flexibility” to help the U.S. reach its goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2035.

The plan is an update of the Bureau of Land Management’s 2012 Western Solar Plan, which originally identified areas for solar development in six states – Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

The updated roadmap refines the analysis in the original six states and expands to five more states – Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. It also focuses on lands within 10 miles of existing or planned transmission lines and moves away from lands with sensitive resources.

This is stupid and dangerous to the environment. If Trump gets elected, he should eliminate this program immediately.

Speaking of whacko climate policies, it’s becoming clear that Nikki Haley, if she were to ever find her way into the White House, would continue down the same disastrous path.

A group of climate protesters interrupted a Nikki Haley campaign event in New Hampshire on Saturday night, prompting the former South Carolina governor to scold attendees for booing the activists, Politico reported.

Multiple protesters disrupted a Haley campaign event in Nashua, New Hampshire, holding up signs that read “Haley: Climate Criminal” and chanting “climate criminal,” according to a video of the incident. Haley told her supporters not to boo the protesters, who were escorted out, Politico reported.

Haley told the crowd:

“My husband and other military men and women sacrifice for us every day for her to be able to do that.”

Haley showed some sympathy to the climate protesters later in the event, Politico reported.

“We’re all worried about the environment, too,” she said, according to the outlet. “We all want clean air. We all want clean water. We all want a world that we can have our kids and our grandkids grow up. That’s not up for debate.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

As you know, the World Economic Forum’s group of self-important globalists met at their annual summit in Davos, Switzerland, last week.

The theme of the conference was “rebuilding trust.”

The globalist elites who attend these meetings at great expense and in obscene luxury are worried that we the people no longer trust them as leaders, as sources of information, for health advice, or for anything, really.

They blew it during Covid and people haven’t forgotten. Now they’re trying to say we should trust them again for when the next big crisis comes along. They already have a name for it. Disease X, they’re calling it. They don’t know what it is but they say it’s an imminent threat and when it hits it will be 20 times more deadly than Covid. So we better listen and heed their instructions.

Emma Tucker is the chief editor at The Wall Street Journal. She is exceedingly worried that no one trusts the legacy media anymore and she traveled to Davos to whine and bellyache about it.

Take a look.

Newsflash to Emma Tucker. Perhaps if you started telling the truth, people would trust your so-called facts. If what you reported wasn’t a half-baked mixture of lies and half-truths, always reported from the perspective of the globalists and neocon warmongers and fearmongers, maybe you wouldn’t have to “rebuild trust.”

So yes, your gig is up. It’s too late to right the ship now, as if you would ever make an honest attempt to get back on the path of honest journalism. People are waking up to the fact that most of the reporting they see in the corporate mainstream media is a twisted and distorted view of reality.

That’s why people are turning to news sources they like The Worldview Report, and we are up to the challenge, providing people with the other side of the story they don’t hear from the legacy liars. We expose the true motives behind the headlines. We question the facts as provided by dishonest government agencies that news outlets like the Wall Street Journal trust implicitly.

2024 is likely to be a year when globalists lose control over the minds of the masses. It’s already happening, but it needs to continue happening and more Americans need to wake up and detach themselves from the mainstream media’s hypnotic spell. Lord willing, it will happen. Before it’s too late.

That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for watching and for supporting this viewer-supported broadcast.
