In this program Justin discusses the difficult job pastors face and the respect we should give them for diligently laboring in the Word. Any man can read a sermon he downloads off of the internet, but to prepare from scratch an expositional sermon is a tremendous amount of work. Pastors of small churches have an especially difficult task because they have little or no other staff members to help them with the visitation, administration, etc. responsibilities. Pastors of small churches may never have any accolades from the "ecclesiological powers that be" but will be rewarded by God in His time. Justin also gives a review of two of his last seminars in Mississippi and Oklahoma and notes one example of a lady who had a theological blind spot but responded affirmatively to the truth presented. The willingness to be corrected by Scripture is one of the hallmarks of a true believer.
