From Hopeless to Hopeful is our theme for this lesson in Ephesians 2:11-18. God is His great mercy has extended the gospel to us--Gentiles! So, when you and I are tempted to look down upon others because of race, school choices, food choices, clothing choices, or any other choices that are not spelled out as sinful in the Word of God, we need to take ourselves to this passage in Ephesians. Remember you once were without Christ, remember you had no hope, remember you were without God in the world. But God brought you who were far off to be near because of His blood. He has called men and women from every tribe nation and tongue together in one, thus making peace, that we one day might sit with Him in heavenly places to the praise of the glory of His grace!
