Rich Man and Lazarus - 06-22-16

We discussed in an earlier program that death is the great equalizer. Today we discuss the great reversal. On earth the rich man had everything and Lazarus nothing. Now the rich man is languishing in the lake of fire and Lazarus is being comforted in Abraham's bosom. Abraham tells the rich man that there is a great chasm fixed. What are the implication of this great chasm? What does it say for the Roman Catholic doctrine of Purgatory?
