The Character of Jesus: Narrowness We might talk about narrowing down our choices, of zeroing in on the essential things and ruling out everything else. In fact, that is one of the character traits of Jesus – this kind of “narrowness.” Today, we turn to another character trait of Jesus, that of “Narrowness.” And as we go through this message, we’re going to see that our being broad-minded and accepting and loving and tolerant of everything and everyone is not the example Jesus actually set for us. Instead, he was discerning and carefully examined people on their merit or lack thereof.
