The Character of Jesus: Trust, Part 2 Today we continue listening to a message we began last time about Jesus, on His character trait of “Trust.” And we’ve been hearing about the evil and tragedy in this world, and the kinds of things that can happen to us in our own lives—the pain and loss and suffering, the natural disasters and the horrible accidents, that can push us to question God and not trust Him or His great love for us. We need reassurance that He is good. But “trust” means no matter what, we look to the One who made us with reverence and awe and hope. Jesus was given many reasons to lose confidence in the Father, including the end of His life here on earth – but through it all he never wavered in His trust.
