Here’s a selection of stories from Jim’s list presented during this week’s edition of the ‘Round-Up’:

–Thanks to a full-page newspaper ad, Hobby Lobby educated the public about the real meaning of Christmas.

–President Donald Trump and wife Melania sent Christmas greetings, making direct reference to Christ, the liberties America’s forefathers sought to secure, and also paid tribute to our military personnel.

–Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked the Christian friends of Israel.

–Israel declared that they are fighting Iran alone while Iran, Russia and China are holding joint naval exercises in the Indian Ocean and the Sea of Oman.

–House Speaker Nancy Pelosi continued her refusal to deliver articles of impeachment to the Senate, drawing out the timeline for a trial.

–House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has officially invited President Donald Trump to deliver the State of the Union Address on February 4th, 2020.  That’s two days after the Iowa caucuses.

–Chasten Buttigieg will refer to himself as the ‘First Gentleman’ if Pete Buttigieg wins the presidency.

–Incarcerated individuals were used to make phone calls on behalf of the Bloomberg campaign.

–The late Senator John McCain provided former FBI Chief James Comey with 5 separate reports from  Christopher Steele that the FBI didn’t previously possess related to unsubstantiated allegations of collusion between Russia and President Trump’s 2016 campaign.

–After President Obama’s 8 year tenure tilted the judiciary to the left, President Trump and Senate Republicans have taken an aggressive and concerted effort to remake the third branch by stocking it with young, right-leaning judges.

–Chicago Bears Vice President, Pat McCaskey, will be a keynote speaker at the March for Life Chicago event on January 11th.

–Michigan Right to Life delivered nearly 400,000 petition signatures to the secretary of state this past Monday in an effort to get a commonly used abortion procedure banned in the state.

–The controversial ‘Ground Zero’ mosque project that was shelved amid protest apparently has been revived.    

–The Trump administration held a panel on its efforts to decriminalize homosexuality across the world.

–The President of Zambia continues to resist the efforts by the Trump administration to decriminalize homosexual acts worldwide.

–A man who was arrested this summer for stealing and then burning an LGBT pride flag gets 16 years in prison.

–A New York school district violated federal law when it rejected a Christian student’s request to start an on-campus Christian club, according to a nonprofit legal group that’s representing the student.

–A Montana high school revoked official status of a Christian club saying sponsorship would violate the state constitution.                            

–A researcher in England who lost her job over tweet’s stating that men cannot become women, has now lost her legal challenge after a judge ruled that her absolutist view is not worthy of respect in a democratic society and is not protected under British law.
