Chris Pinto: August 30, 2017

Chris discusses the concept of tolerance in the modern world, showing its origins in history.  In the Middle Ages the idea of "general toleration" was sometimes promoted by Rome as a weapon of subverting Protestant countries.
Could this have something to do with how toleration has progressed in the United States?  Also discussed is a Muslim woman who is reportedly being lauded by the UK's Channel 4.  The woman says she has a masters in law and
describes herself as "an anti-colonialist Islamist."  Will she be opposing her fellow Muslims for colonizing dozens of countries around the world?
