Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

As the war in Israel went into its third day, reports of unspeakable atrocities lit up the internet. In one Kibbutz, it was reported that 70 Hamas terrorists entered with guns, grenades and knives and butchered Israelis in their homes. Even babies’ bodies were found cast out of cradles and dismembered.

I24 News filed this report.

Leave it to Rashida Tlaib to pour gasoline on a raging fire.

The Detroit-area Congresswoman, a Democrat, has been ripped for displaying a Palestinian flag outside her Capitol office even after the slaughter of innocent Israelis by Hamas terrorists.

The outspoken “Squad” member, who is of Palestinian descent, went viral late Monday when a photo of the flag shared by a Washington Examiner reporter was viewed more than 2 million times.

Tlaib and her Squad buddies have also been fond of showing maps that have had Israel erased from existence. You can see them here doing just that.

Congressman Max Miller, Republican of Ohio, was among those replying to Tlaib’s latest confusion about which country she represents in Congress.

Miller introduced an amendment that would ban foreign flags from Congress and tweeted that, “The Palestinian flag should not have a place here.” Instead, “the halls of Congress belong to America” and “should be reserved for flags that embody our great nation. That’s why I sponsored an appropriations amendment to end this silliness.”

On Sunday, Tlaib slammed Israel’s “occupation” policies while saying she grieves those killed as violence engulfed the region following Hamas’ unprecedented invasion of the Jewish state from Gaza.

The lawmaker issued a statement decrying Israel as an “apartheid state” after some of her fellow Squad members sparked controversy for urging a ceasefire in the Middle East.

Tlaib did not condemn Hamas, which launched the attack that killed at least 900 Israelis, most of them civilians, and wounded another 2,500.

Tlaib said:

“The path to that future must include lifting the blockade, ending the occupation, and dismantling the apartheid system that creates the suffocating, dehumanizing conditions that can lead to resistance.”

She added that:

“I grieve the Palestinian and Israeli lives lost yesterday, today, and every day. I am determined as ever to fight for a just future where everyone can live in peace, without fear and with true freedom, equal rights, and human dignity.”

Tlaib wouldn’t recognize freedom and human dignity if it slapped her in the face. She’s a two-bit communist who hates America and Israel while showing allegiance to a foreign entity at every opportunity. This is the same woman who flew the Palestinian flag at her victory party after winning a seat in Congress. She will soften her rhetoric somewhat when it’s convenient, but make no mistake. She is a supporter of terror against Americans and Jews and is in bed with the Muslim Brotherhood. Hopefully, the people in her district, which includes a lot of Arab Christians as well as Muslims, will see through her façade and replace her in office with a patriotic American.

Several articles reported this week that Israel has slightly loosened its ultra-restrictive gun laws after the massacres that took place in which Israeli families were left defenseless against their attackers.

The Federalist reports that Israel, a tiny democracy in the Middle East surrounded by hostile Islamic nations, has more stringent gun-control laws than anywhere in the United States. Even California makes it easier to own a pistol than the state of Israel, which has nothing similar to our Second Amendment.

After the terrorist attacks by Hamas butchers entering from Gaza, which were staggering in their brutality, Israel’s government suddenly made it slightly easier for its citizens to own firearms for self-defense.

Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir announced Sunday in Hebrew an emergency declaration that will “allow as many citizens as possible to arm themselves.” Currently, a mere 1.5 percent of the civilian population has a license to own a gun. Those that do own guns are limited to 50 rounds of ammunition. If you own 51 rounds, that makes you a criminal.

The most restrictive law is the one that requires you to prove you have a “need” to own and carry a gun, and those restrictions remain in effect.

But those eligible to apply for a license under the “self-defense test” can now do the required interview over the phone instead of in person. The applicant will be approved for the license within a week under the new order.

While a citizen can still purchase only one handgun, the limit on rounds of ammunition has been increased from 50 to 100.

According to the minister, 4,000 citizens who applied for a conditional permit in 2023 but let the license expire before using it can now purchase a firearm. Another 1,800 people in the past six months who returned their guns to the government for not taking a training renewal course can get their weapons back.

4,000 weapons in the midst of what Israel is facing represents a drop in the bucket.

What a shame that the state of Israel doesn’t trust its citizens with the tools needed to defend themselves.

A letter from Harvard University student groups blaming Israel for violence in the region has drawn a backlash from prominent alumni and U.S. lawmakers, the BBC reports.

The letter, authored by the Harvard Undergraduate Palestine Solidarity Committee, stated that students “hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence.”

The letter was co-signed by 33 student groups.

The letter states:

“Today's events did not occur in a vacuum. The apartheid regime is the only one to blame. Israeli violence has structured every aspect of Palestinian existence for 75 years.”

The letter comes after Israel says 1,000 people have been killed and more than 100 kidnapped by Hamas militants.

The student statement, posted on Saturday, was swiftly rebuked by some professors as well as former Harvard president Larry Summers, who wrote in a post on X that he was “sickened” by it.

Summers said:

“The silence from Harvard's leadership, so far, coupled with a vocal and widely reported student groups' statement blaming Israel solely, has allowed Harvard to appear at best neutral towards acts of terror against the Jewish state of Israel.”

Harvard issued its own letter on Monday that did not directly address the controversy but instead said university leaders were “heartbroken” by “the attack by Hamas that targeted citizens in Israel this weekend, and by the war in Israel and Gaza now under way.”

Several Republican lawmakers also weighed in, including Harvard alumni Ted Cruz, who wrote on X: “What the (heck) is wrong with Harvard?”

Harvard Computer Science professor Boaz Barak also took to social media to condemn the letter, asking the university to remove the student groups' school affiliations. He said:

“I have a lot of criticisms of Israeli policies, but everyone who signed this statement is condoning terrorism, rape, and murder.”

Steve Emerson of the Investigative Project on Terrorism reports that a professor at Columbia University in New York is also putting his credibility on the line for Hamas and its terror attacks on unarmed Israeli civilians.

Writing in his favorite online propaganda outlet, The Electronic Intifada, Columbia University professor Joseph Massad is excited about what he calls “the Palestinian war of liberation.”

The professor is ecstatic, Emerson notes, over the “shocking success of the Palestinian resistance.”

Emerson writes that the videos on social media which horrify normal people have Professor Massad whipped into a perverse frenzy.

Massad is Professor of Modern Arab Politics and Intellectual History in the Department of Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies at Columbia.

But don't let that fancy title fool you, Emerson warns, adding: “He is a ghoulish, anti-Semite who is absolutely elated at the ‘astounding, striking, awesome and innovative victories of the resistance.’”

The American professor uses the term “resistance” 16 times in his 1,800-word essay celebrating Hamas’ butchering of Israeli Jews.

What happened in Israel on Saturday should have broken through the familiar left-right divide. There should be no Democrat vs. Republican, Progressive vs. Conservative view when it comes to executing, raping, and beheading civilians.

Emerson adds:

“Even uber-liberal New York governor Kathy Hochul has referred to Hamas's ‘violent terrorist attacks and civilian kidnappings’ as ‘horrific actions.’ And House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries understands the necessity of doing ‘everything necessary to support Israel's effort to defeat the Hamas terrorists and their barbarity.’”

But not Professor Joseph Massad of the esteemed Columbia University.

American Military News reports that Black Lives Matter Grassroots also issued a statement in “solidarity with the Palestinian people” on Monday after Hamas terrorists attacked Israel, killing hundreds of civilians and wounding thousands more.

The 5-page statement says:

“Black Lives Matter Grassroots stands in solidarity with our Palestinian family who are currently resisting 57 years of settler colonialism and apartheid,” the statement read in part. “As black people continue the fight to end militarism and mass incarceration in our own communities, let us understand the resistance in Palestine is an attempt to tear down the gates of the world’s largest open air prison. As a radical black organization grounded in abolitionist ideas, we see clear parallels between black and Palestinian people.”

The statement further reads:

“We, too, understand what it means to be surveilled, dehumanized, property seized, families separated, our people criminalized and slaughtered with impunity, locked up in droves, and when we resist, they call us terrorists,” the statement continued. “We, too, dream of a world where our people may live freely on decolonized land. May the borders, checkpoints, prisons, police and watchlists that terrorize our communities crumble and may the world we build from their ashes honor those who have fallen in struggle.”

BLM Chicago also made a post in support of Hamas terrorists, sharing a silhouetted photo of one of the terrorists flying a powered parachute, which was used to drop into a music festival where more than 250 civilians were slaughtered with guns and knives.

The breakout of war between Israel and Hamas has disrupted relations among the U.S., Saudi Arabia and Israel and put a damper on the attempts of the Trump administration’s Abraham Accords to develop peace in the region.

Saudi Arabia was key to the deal and now they are backing out and siding with the Palestinians over Israel, which anyone who understands Islam knew they would end up doing anyway.

The Hamas attacks on Israel may have been designed to disrupt U.S. efforts to fashion some harmony between the Saudis and the Israelis, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said, according to The Associated Press.

If so, the attacks appear to have been successful.

The New York Times reported Sunday that Dennis Ross, who was involved with Middle East policy under several U.S. presidents, said in an interview that a Saudi official had told him that “for the moment, it is all on hold.”

Hammering out the Israel-Saudi link could have been a crowning achievement for Joe Biden, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, according to the AP.

Just last month, Biden and Netanyahu, meeting in New York, basked in the limelight of such an agreement, with Biden noting that a decade ago it would not have been possible.

Now, the limelight has turned into a dark nightmare.

Jack Elliott of the Epoch Times reports that during the past three fiscal years, $4.1 billion in federal money from taxpayers has been flowing to LGBTQ initiatives in the United States and around the world, an Epoch Times investigation has revealed.

From Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2023, the U.S. government issued more than 1,100 grants to fund LGBT-promoting projects around the world, according to the Epoch Times review of a federal spending website.

Plans to create a “safe space for LGBTQ youth and adults to seek support and resources” earned a $1.8 million grant from the U.S. government in 2022 for the LGBT Life Center in Norfolk, Virginia.

A proposal for encouraging “diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia's workplaces and business communities by promoting economic empowerment of and opportunity for LGBTQI+ people in Serbia” also was a winning plan. To fund it, the U.S. government awarded Serbian activist group Grupa Izadji a grant of $500,000.

An Armenian activist group, the Pink Human Rights Defender, received $1 million from the United States “to empower the LGBTI community” in Armenia, a tiny country next to Turkey.

The federal spending website can be filtered to show entries that include specific keywords. A list of payouts filtered by using the keyword “LGBT” included 1,181 grants, 31 loans, and nine direct payments during the past three fiscal years.

Overall, during the past fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, the government issued 454,821 grants.

It seems that the easiest way to get money diverted from the U.S. Treasury and into your pockets is to set up a nonprofit claiming to spread the message of LGBTQ poison throughout your society, wherever that society may be on the Earth.

Zero Hedge reports that months after famed journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh revealed the U.S. blew up the Russia-to-Germany natural gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea in September 2022 during a covert operation under the guise of the BALTOPS 22 NATO exercise, yet another undersea gas pipeline, this time connecting Finland and Estonia, has allegedly come under attack.

Gasgrid Finland and Elering, the Finnish and Estonian gas system operators, detected an “unusual” leak in the 48-mile interconnector in the early morning hours on Sunday.

Gasgrid Finland said in a statement:

“Based on observations, it was suspected that the offshore pipeline between Finland and Estonia was leaking. The valves in the offshore pipeline are now closed and the leak is thus stopped.”

ERR News reported that the Estonian Navy started surveying the pipeline with its equipment on Monday, while the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service will also be involved in the investigation.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres warned Israel in a post to X that it must conduct is military operations in Gaza in strict accordance with international law.

This is a bizarre statement coming from a world leader who does not seem so concerned about all the rapes and beheadings committed in the name of Allah and Islam. I guess these barbaric acts, when committed by Muslims, are in strict accordance with the U.N. chief’s sacred international laws. Or perhaps it’s allowed, under these international laws cited by Guterres, as long as the victims are Christians and Jews.

The world system built by the U.S. and its allies post World War II has become so corrupt, so perverted, that its leaders remain quiet about the most vicious acts of barbarism committed by Allah’s terrorists, but are quick to remind Israel of its obligations under international law.

Where was the U.N. when nations were rolling out vaccines more likely to kill and make people sick than the virus they were allegedly created to prevent?

The U.N. has proven itself over and over to be an agent of depopulation. And those it pushes to the front of the depopulation agenda are often Christians and Jews. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

That concludes this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for watching. And thanks for supporting this independent, viewer-supported broadcast.
