The Perfections of God - Immutability part 2 May 12, 2017

Today we continue our discussion of God's Immutability by examining the ways in which He is immutable. God is immutable in his nature, His counsel, and in His attributes, or, perfections. We will also discuss the verses that seem to indicate that God changes His mind or even repents. How can this be if He does not change?
