We have protections built into our Constitution's Bill of Rights that limit government's interference in our freedom.  In this week's boralogue, John looks at how many of those protections are being violated in this impeachment process, focusing on the fourth and fifth amendments.  These protections don't necessarily apply in the impeachment process, but it highlights how the House is currently violating the spirit of the Constitution in order to persecute the President.

Evolution is often considered by those in the scientific and academic arenas as being clear cut fact.  Emergency Physician John Dale Dunn (www.heartland.org) joins us to bust that myth, showing that the probability of evolution creating even a single cell is astronomical given the timeframe needed to do so and the immense complexity of the cell.
