–A Louisiana bill that would make aborting an unborn baby an act of homicide advanced Wednesday as it passed the House Appropriations Committee in a 7-2 vote.
–As President Joe Biden responded to questions about a leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court, he actually referred to an unborn baby as a child. Jim provided audio.

–Audio was presented from Senator Chuck Schumer who announced that next week the U.S. Senate will be voting on legislation to put into code a woman’s right to seek an abortion into federal law.
–Former President Barack Obama and his wife call for national protests if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.
–26 states are likely to restrict abortion according to the Guttmacher Institute, including 22 with what they call anti-abortion laws that would be reinstated or triggered as soon as Roe v. Wade falls.
–Pro-abortion activists turned violent across the nation on Tuesday as police officers were injured, buildings vandalized in L.A. and pro-life advocates were spat upon and shoved in Washington, DC.
–Left-wing activists call for May 11th protests at the homes of 6 Supreme Court Justices.
–Democrats and their affiliated outside groups have raised more than 7 million dollars since the report was leaked from the Supreme Court on Roe v. Wade.
–Levi’s promises to help women receive out-of-state abortions.
–At least 175 House Republicans are demanding answers from Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas about his department’s new disinformation governance board.
–U.S. officials on Tuesday restated their recommendation that Americans wear masks on planes, trains and buses despite a court ruling last month that struck down a national mask mandate on public transportation.
–Elon Musk is expected to become Twitter’s temporary CEO after closing on the 44 billion dollar takeover of the social media firm.
