Andy Woods: July 16, 2018

President Donald Trump recently selected Brett Kavanaugh to fill an upcoming vacancy for the United States Supreme Court created by the retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy. The Republican establishment is now dutifully rallying behind Kavanaugh. However, there are nine major issues that first must be adequately explained during the confirmation process before authentic conservatives and constitutionalists can honestly endorse Kavanaugh. Here, we bring these nine issues to your attention as we unmask Brett Kavanaugh. Don’t forget to ask your Senators to ask Brett Kavanaugh the following questions: 1) Is the Obama Care Mandate a penalty or tax? 2) Do illegal-immigrant minors have a constitutional right to an abortion? 3) Should the government compel religious organizations to provide employee health plans inclusive of contraceptive and abortifacient prescriptions? 4) Is there endless standing to remove Christianity from the public square? 5) Will you rule like Justice Kennedy? 6) Did you promote Justice Roberts to President Bush as a SCOTUS nominee? 7) Would you consider yourself to be part of the Bush family “Inner Cirlce” 8) Will you faithfully and fully follow Roe v. Wade? 9) What role did you play in the Vince Foster investigation?
