Wisconsin Supreme Court Vindicates President Trump On Voter Fraud: Worldview Transcript For July 12, 2022

INTRO: The Wisconsin Supreme Court has vindicated President Trump, ruling that the absentee ballot drop boxes used in that state during the 2020 election were “illegal” and must never be used again in future elections.

A nation known as a popular vacation spot for Americans and Europeans is going all-in with a global digital ID system. We’ll bring you the details.

A court in Uruguay has ordered all Covid injections suspended for children under the age of 13, demanding a full list of ingredients before the shots can resume.

And the militant abortion-rights groups keep pushing the envelope of what they’re willing to do in order to keep the blood of the innocents flowing.

All this and more when the Worldview Report starts right now.

Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report. I’m Brannon Howse.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court issued a ruling on Friday that deems unmanned absentee ballot drop boxes illegal under Wisconsin election law.

The high court said in the 4-3 decision:

“An absentee ballot must be returned by mail or the voter must personally deliver it to the municipal clerk at the clerk’s office or a designated alternate site. The record evidence [the Wisconsin Elections Commission] cited does not support its argument that ballot drop boxes have been in common and longstanding use in this state.”

The Friday ruling from Wisconsin’s highest court came as a result of a June 2021 lawsuit by The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) on behalf of state voters, who challenged that the guidance issued in 2020 by the Wisconsin Elections Commission on the use of unmanned drop boxes ran contrary to state law.

WILL President and General Counsel Rick Esenberg said in a statement.

“This decision provides substantial clarity on the legal status of absentee ballot drop boxes and ballot harvesting. While the question of whether an agent may mail an absentee ballot remains open, Wisconsin voters can have confidence that state law, not guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission, has the final word on how Wisconsin elections are conducted.”

Similar lawsuits were filed in May by the Thomas More Society against the cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Racine, and Kenosha for their illegal use of unmanned drop boxes during the 2020 election. As The Federalist previously reported, the lawsuits came “after the Wisconsin Elections Commission refused … to launch investigations into the five cities for their use of unmanned drop boxes, despite a January ruling from a Waukesha County Circuit Court judge saying that such drop boxes and ballot harvesting ‘violate state law and cannot be used in the upcoming midterm elections.'”

The website Biometric Update reports that the Bahamas is preparing to implement a national digital ID system that would mark every citizen with a QR code that would also be tied in with their bank accounts.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and the National e-Identification System (NIS) Committee held a two-day workshop to “kickstart engagement of public and private sectors for developing an implementation strategy for the National Digital Identification System,” reports ZNS Bahamas.

Wayde Watson, who is both a parliamentary secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Chairman of the NIS Committee, is quoted as saying the workshop marked the beginning of “the process of developing a strategy, roadmap and action plan for the implementation and adoption of a national digital identification system in The Bahamas.”

Government departments are already preparing with the MyGateway portal according to Watson, gearing up for paperless transactions. International consultants from the World Bank’s Digital Identification for Development explained the processes and risks to privacy.

The Nassau Guardian quotes that the ministry and NIS committee agreed that the digital ID should be “the one source of truth as proof of identity for transactions with public and private entities.”

National Coordinator for Information Technology, Patrick Davis, said legal teams are developing the legal framework for the national digital identity system “that will provide safety, reliability and the accurate authentication of identity information.”

A court in Uruguay has suspended Covid shots for children under the age of 13 and demanded that Pfizer provide a full listing of the ingredients in these gene-therapy injections.

Pfizer must disclose if graphene oxide is present in the composition of the shots, a material suspected by many healthcare professionals of causing severe damage to people’s health, reports the RAIR Foundation.

The Ministry of Health’s decision was made after Judge Alejandro Recarey gave the green light to an injunction filed by lawyer Maximiliano Dentone a week ago. Dentone represents a group of citizens who want to know about the contracts signed between the State and the pharmaceutical companies. Furthermore, they want the “composition substances contained in the injections to be disclosed,” among other things.

The ruling came a week after the injunction was filed and after two court hearings. As you will see from this video report, translated by the RAIR Foundation, people were protesting outside the court hearing.

In a press conference, the left-wing Secretary of the Presidency, Alvaro Delgado, claimed the ruling was an attack on the population’s health. The government announced it would appeal the case to a higher court “because the parents are very worried about what happened today,” said Rodrigo Ferrés, the head prosecutor.

Just like in the U.S., the media and the pediatricians are pushing the experimental jabs as “safe and effective” and a majority of children under 13 in Uruguay have already been injected with the gene-therapy shots.

Meanwhile, the rabid abortionists just keep pushing their demonic thirst for blood to new limits.

In a pro-abortion rally Saturday in Washington, DC, a young woman is caught on video screaming about how much she “loves killing babies.”

Take a look.

Truly mind-boggling evil on display.

These people are so desperate to keep butchering babies that they have talked about setting up abortion clinics on federal lands provided by the Biden administration, and one doctor is willing to even set up a floating abortion clinic in federal waters off the coast of Alabama.

Dr. Meg Autry, an OB-GYN in San Francisco, is trying to raise $20 million for the project known as PRROWESS, or Protecting Reproductive Rights of Women Endangered by State Statutes.

In an interview with NBC Bay Area, Autry said:

“The project is being funded with philanthropy and the patient’s care is on a needs basis, so most individuals will pay little to nothing for services.”

Autry, who’s also a professor at the University of California, San Francisco, said the floating clinic will provide surgical abortions up to 14 weeks.

Her goal is to target women in Southern states with laws that ban abortion, limit the procedure or make it hard to access.

Turning to news overseas, polls show a majority of Dutch citizens support the farmers’ uprising in that country that has led to blockaded highways, street protests and scenes reminiscent of the trucker’s uprising in Canada earlier this year.

Take a look at this video clip.

The young man in that video can’t quite put his finger on the problem, but his gut is telling him something is wrong when he says, “It's like somebody else is pulling the strings. The governments have been infiltrated.”

That “somebody” would be Klaus Schwab and his globalist minions at the World Economic Forum, which has infiltrated the E.U. and convinced the government leaders to embrace a radical climate-change agenda, declaring war on fossil fuels and on small farmers’ ability to grow food.

Police, meanwhile, have been accused of brutality, having shot an unarmed 16-year-old boy on a tractor.

Watch as things get violent here between police and protesters.

As we’ve reported previously, another group that’s in the sights of the globalists is independent truckers and small trucking firms.

Employees of Williston, Vermont-based LandAir, an LTL carrier that serviced the Northeast and parts of Canada, say they were blindsided when they were unable to log in to their computers Tuesday morning and truck drivers were notified that the company would no longer be making pickups, according to a report by Freightwaves.com.

The 54-year-old trucking company, North East Freightways, doing business as LandAir, had 135 drivers and 148 power units, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s SAFER website. The company, which was originally called Allied Air Freight, was founded by Fred Spencer in 1968.

According to LandAir’s website, the hazmat hauler had 450 employees at its 11 service centers in the U.S., as well as two service centers in Ottawa and Toronto. In May, the company announced it was expanding its LTL service offerings to include New Jersey, Long Island and New York City.

While the company has yet to issue a formal statement regarding its closure, a former LandAir employee, who spoke to FreightWaves on the condition of anonymity, confirmed the news that the company had shuttered operations.

Another source familiar with the situation at LandAir said the company had “laid off its entire sales force and client services” employees on Tuesday, but was unsure how many employees that was.

President Donald Trump has sent a letter to Steve Bannon relieving him of the executive privilege he had previously invoked on their communications, and allowing him to testify before the January 6 Committee.

The letter, dated July 9, obtained by journalist Jack Posobiec and published in The Post Millennial, begins as follows:

"I write about the Subpoena that you received in September 2021 from the illegally constituted Unselect Committee, the same group of people who created the Russia Russia Russia scam, Impeachment hoax #1, Impeachment hoax #2, the Mueller Witch-Hunt (which ended in no ‘Collusion’), and other fake and never-ending yarns and tales.”

The letter continues, "When you first received the Subpoena to testify and provide documents, I invoked Executive Privilege. However, I watched how unfairly you and others have been treated, having to spend vast amounts of money on legal fees, and all of the trauma you must be going through for the love of your Country, and out of respect for the Office of the President.”

Trump concluded the letter by writing:

"Therefore, if you reach an agreement on a time and place for your testimony, I will waive Executive Privilege for you, which allows for you to go in and testify truthfully and fairly, as per the request of the Unselect Committee of political Thugs and Hacks, who have allowed no Due Process, no Cross-Examination, and no real Republican members or witnesses to be present or interviewed. It is a partisan Kangaroo Court. Why should these evil, sinister, and unpatriotic people be allowed to hurt and destroy the lives of so many, and cause such great harm to our Country? It has been, from the time I came down the escalator at Trump Tower, a political hit job against the overwhelming majority of Americans who support the concept and policy of Making America Great Again and putting America First. Good luck in all of your future endeavors.”

Retired 3-star Lieutenant General Gary Volesky was suspended last week from an Army consulting position after a tweet that "appeared to mock Jill Biden."

"For nearly 50 years," Jill Biden wrote, “women have had the right to make our own decisions about our bodies."

Volesky wrote in a now deleted tweet, "Glad to see you finally know what a woman is," in response to a tweet from Jill Biden lamenting the overturn of Roe v. WadeUSA Today reports.

You can see Jill Biden’s tweet where she says she’s “devastated” by the fact that women won’t be able to kill their babies during all phases of pregnancy in every state.

After his tweet in response, Volesky was suspended from his $92-an hour consulting contract with the U.S. Army. According to The Washington Post, Volesky was a senior mentor at the Pentagon but is now under investigation because of his comment about the president's wife.

The Washington Post reports Volesky is "a decorated officer with a long military career." Volesky fought in the Gulf War, the Iraq War, and the War in Afghanistan. He led the 101st Airborne Division from 2014 to 2017 and commanded the elite military unit I Corps at Joint Base Lewis-McChord from 2017 to 2020.

But, like every conservative in the Army, he’s not allowed to voice his opinion.

Speaking of the U.S. Army, its numbers are suddenly much smaller amid a self-imposed recruiting crisis caused by mandated Covid gene-therapy injections.

About 60,000 Army National Guard members and Army Reserve soldiers who refused to comply with the Pentagon’s vaccine mandate are no longer allowed to participate in their military duties and were cut off from some of their pay and benefits, Army officials announced July 1.

An Army spokesperson said in a statement:

“Soldiers who refuse the vaccination order without an approved or pending exemption request are subject to adverse administrative actions, including flags, bars to service, and official reprimands.”

Military.com reported: (long quote goes on for 3 graphs)

“The move comes in the midst of the annual training season, during which part-time soldiers are often ordered to serve from two weeks to a month with their units for summer training exercises. Those training events are usually critical for soldiers to sharpen their military skills and for unit commanders to ensure their formations are ready to deploy if needed.

“If the soldiers continue to refuse the vaccine, the consequences could be even more dire. ‘In the future, soldiers who continue to refuse the vaccination order without an exemption may be subject to additional adverse administrative action, including separation,’ the Army spokesperson said.

“The long-term impact may mean many soldiers would be forced to leave, a devastating outcome especially in the middle of a recruiting crisis as Defense Department officials struggle to fill the ranks.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

During a July 8th nationally-televised speech on abortion, Joe Biden called on Congress to pass a bill to legalize abortions up to birth and said there is a right to kill babies in abortions.

Exactly two weeks following the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Biden blasted the Supreme Court decision.

“This was not a decision driven by the Constitution. Despite what the justices and majorities had said, this is not a decision that is driven by history,” Biden claimed even though states across the nation protected babies from abortions for decades before Roe v. Wade.

Biden further stated:

“We cannot allow an out-of-control Supreme Court, working in conjunction with extremist elements of the Republican Party, to take away freedoms…the choice we face as a nation is between the mainstream and the extreme.”

This was a blatant attempt by the head of one branch of our government to delegitimize another branch of the government. That crosses a dangerous line and appears to be the very thing that Democrats accuse Republicans of doing all the time, that of “undermining our democracy.”

Not to mention, it’s just a lie. The court did not adopt an extremist view; it rendered a decision that falls right in line with the vast majority of Americans on the issue of abortion.

new Trafalgar Group poll shows 57.6% of Americans believe all abortions should be banned or banned when an unborn baby’s heartbeat can be detected, Lifenews.com reports. Only 11.6% of Americans say they support abortions up to birth — the position of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. And a new Harvard/Harris poll shows 75% of Americans essentially support the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

So, who is the extremist? It would appear to be the Biden administration, which is advocating a radical abortion agenda supported by less than 12 percent of Americans. And in doing so, the Biden administration appears willing to try and discredit an entire branch of the government, the judicial branch, while making incendiary statements that very likely have incited violence against pro-life groups and even the Supreme Court justices themselves.

This goes beyond the occasional irresponsible comment. This is criminal incitement of terroristic acts and demands an impeachment once the Republicans take back the Congress.
