Dear David,
I listened to your short video and you mentioned that there are "things that trouble us about scripture." Well, once you study the scriptures in the light of rightly deviding the word you find that there will be less and less troubling. 2nd Timothy 2:15 says "study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly deviding the word of truth."KJV.I know it has helped me to understand the word.
