WE WILL PRAY FOR YOU
Posted On: 10/08/09 08:11:37 PM Age 66, OH
One good thing, dear friend, Jesus came for the sick and the lonely. We are all sick, I know I am, so that makes us brothers and sisters. So now you know that you are not alone. I know how hard pain is to endure, so I for one, will pray that the Lord Jesus give you comfort. I pray for the mercy and grace of our dear Lord Jesus come upon you. - Lou Newton

Amen

I am sick and lonely, I rather get help directly from a true Christian that has love of Jesus Christ in them. I love doing good deeds for people from my heart. Money can't buy true love and the fruits of the holy spirit. I rather see it come from their heart so they may be rewarded later from Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Lords of Lords. I find that when alone and lonely the holy bible helps with that. Jesus Christ also lives in me and He is my comforter always. He promises that as long as we follow his commandments and walk in spirit do his will he will comfort us at all time we are suffering.

MEN ARE SAVED BY HELPING THE POOR OUT OF LOVE
Posted On: 10/06/09 07:40:57 PM Age 66, OH
Sam, you make some very good points in your article, I like it when you point out that for Jesus to get justice He had to give His own body and blood. Jesus tells us that the helping of the poor is a choice and not a tax. In the parable about the Samaritan and the man who was laying on the road; there is no tax booth on the road to collect money for the man. Also no government worker came to help the poor man, it was the government workers who walked around him. It was a Samaritan, who was hated by most Jews, that helped the Jew laying in the road. The man who was a Jew, left Jerusalem and was on his way to Jericho. Jerusalem is the city of God or a type of heaven. Jericho was the lowest city that existed. It was against the will of God to rebuild this city and the dead sea is the lowest place on earth. Jesus was a Jew and left heaven to come to this low earth. He was attacked by robbers and left for dead as the man in the road was. These robbers claimed to be the ones who were called of God to lead the people, by they were not called of God at all. It was two men, who the people thought were the servants of God, who walked around the man in the road. The man in the road was left for dead, just as Jesus was robbed and left for dead. And the Man Jesus was dead, but The Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus can not die, for He is Life itself. The man left laying in the road is a type of the Lord Jesus. The man brought "salvation" to the Samaritan by causing him to have compassion and choosing to help the man out of love. We are all Samaritans who do not obey the law, just as they did not. Jesus who was put on the cross by robbers causes us to chose Him, because of His dying for us. To tax people to force them to help the poor, takes away their opportunity to choose to help the poor out of love. The poor is not saved and the taxed are not saved. - Lou Newton
