Only Jesus!!!! Focus on Him and work to bring children into his kingdon. All the rest He will take care of. We must remember He is in control and that He is the truth and the life. May we seek Him and his wisdom in all situations but mainly to keep focused on him.

Socialist propagandists for over four centuries have claimed that the Bible teaches socialism, but we have yet to see a single Bible commentary written by a socialist. If the Bible teaches socialism, where is the expository evidence?

I may be wrong, but I didn't see any mention of right-wing conservatism being the answer in Ms. Markell's article. I believe what Ms. Markell is trying to say is that Jesus Christ is the only answer (John 14:6)-- Jesus resides outside of politics. Many people ask if Jesus would be a Republican or Democrat... I think He would continue to be what He is, Lord God of all.

Okay, so what disturbs me about this is the underlying assumption that the Republican Party Platform is divinely inspired and inerrant. That is totally not the case! Yes, it is possible to be politically liberal and an evangelical Christian! I don't know what James Dobson is telling you people, but the Bible does not say that we have to be economically conservative, or socially conservative on many issues. When Jesus was alive, he was the liberal! The Saducees were extremely conservative, and the Pharisees were the moderate group in the middle. The early church was more communistic in nature than anything else. They shared all their possessions, they didn't have representative government and checks and balances among three branches. It is possible for other political systems to work in many areas. Right-wing conservatism may work just fine in many areas, but it is not the only biblically acceptable method of government or political philosophy.

If you believe Barack Obama is a Muslim then you my friend are very very ignorant indeed. Besides, do you think a true Muslim would allow gay marriage? Do you think a true Muslim would want tolerance all across the land? You should probably learn a thing or two about the Islamic faith before you try referring to Obama by such a paradoxical and down right contradictory term as a "radical Muslim." On most issues, true Muslims are as conservative--if not more so--than most Christians are. Get your facts straight before you spout off ignorance.

I feel in my heart that now is the time to forget about America and concentrate on bringing as many people with us as possible. One thing I am 100% sure of is that our Father is in charge. Everything that is happening has been told to us by God our Father. America is on a slippery slope going downhill at breakneck speed. We have a radical Muslim in the White House and his spiritual advisor is an admitted Socialist and Communist. When Jesus returns, He is going to clean up the pulpit not the Temple.
Soon and very soon we are going to see the King
