Declaration of Independence via Constitution

I was born and live within the country of California Republic and not within the federal area of CA. Therefore, I am not "subject to" the jurisdiction of the federal government. See: Declaration last paragraph and 14th Amendment.
The question many people are asking is where in the Constitution does it state they can do this and/or by what authority!
I say what they,Obama and friends, are doing is noticed within the Constitution as they claim. Their actions are based upon many parts so its the total of the sum of the parts. But it is constitutional.
For it is "By the consent of the governed", via contract, because you voted for it. For without your, illegal, vote they would not be in office. Note: The people failed to read the fine print for voting, i.e. "subject to" / 14th Amendment.
Question: Can 'We the People" be sovereign over and 'subject to' the federal government at the same time?
I hear many people say that the Constitution restricts the federal government from doing this, i.e. health care. But they fail to understand that it is not applicable within the United States and to the citizens thereof. See: Article IV, sec. 3, Cl. 2 in proof of this claim.
The people fail to realize that they have been tricked into claiming that they are a fiduciary to something, not someone, other than themselves. See: Holy Bible - Book of Revelation - Chapter 13 - The mark is the "NAME".
They have also be mislead into believing that they live within a federal area, "subject to", located within but external to their sovereign Republic state.
Thus, the people have mistakenly given up their sovereignty to the federal government and are now "subject to" the jurisdiction thereof.
So, return to the Republic under God and get out of Babylon ruled by Satan, i.e. father of all lies.
God bless the Republic and the people, children of God, thereof. A friend in Christ my savior and lord.

Stop the Crimes!

We knew there were crimes in Mr. Obama's past, but Dr. Noebel revealed a much greater amount than we could have ever imagined. He's doing all the classic moves of Keynesianism against America by inflaiting our currency beyond all hope of recovery. And he is not even a legal occupant of the White House. Let's work to remove him from office before he can do more damage. Thank God the Supreme Court has been given a complete listing of Obama's crimes! He needs to be removed from office.
