Oh you can have your arms--but no bullets...

While you're all worried about the arms, think further--This is a subterfuge. Many of the states are sneaking in a legal thing about bullets requiring a number on them--any that are not numbered or are refilled are going to be taken away with fines penalties and time...
Someone sent me a list--It is sometimes called The Ammunition Accountability Act--

I haven't a clue what to do with this information. I hope you gentlemen will. The email said June 30, 2009 purchases would begin it and destruction of all uncoded ammo deadline July 1, 2011, with additional fees added to the price per round to cover the cost of manufacture for the new ammo. It has to do with a database to know exactly what is being purchased by whom. Sooooo I guess old ladies shooting saltpeter from their rockers at tin cans in their back alleys will have to be found out now and hauled off to jail...
Blessings--

Montanna looks like a nice place to live. When I visit on vacation, I'll have an eye open to the long term. John

We should remember that before there was a central federal government formed from the Constitution, there was a Confederation of States. Those original colonies were very reluctant to give up their sovereignty, so provisions were made to insure their sovereignty with the 9th and 10th Amendments to that Constitution. The Constitution would have never been ratified had it not been for the addition of the Bill of Rights or the first ten amendments. There is nothing sacred about the U.S. Federal Government. As a matter of fact, it has criminally over reached its authority in many, many ways. The general public seems to be at a loss to curb the federal government's appetite for debt. Perhaps the time has come for the individual states to sever their contracts with the central government: to secede. There is nothing that can't be accomplished that the states could accomplish by sending certain of its legislators to a central committee (defense, interstate commerce, etc.). A more sovereign United States would be the result, and cost of operations reduced drastically. George Cancilla
