The president of Northwest Nazarene University is very upset with your YOUTUBE about your visit to hear Brian McClarin. He was not the president at the time. He came a few months later. I sent the video to a person, Dan Bohi who sent it to about 1K of his prayer partners. He is a lay Evangelist. It also reached all six Nazarene General Superentendents. The fat is in the fire and I say good! My cell is 913 269 5221. I am The Revivalism Coordinator for the whole church. My prayers are with you.

Is Rick Warren going to hell?

Can anyone on this forum say so for sure? Is Rick Warren a perfect preacher? No. Does anybody know of one? The only one we know for sure got hung on a cross. The Lord said, "For he that is not against us is on our part." Mark 9:40 "And Jesus said unto him, Forbid [him] not: for he that is not against us is for us." Luke 9:50 We've got way bigger enemies of the faith than Rick Warren... muslims, atheists, secularists, humanists, etc. Rick Warren is for the most part on our side in this culture war, I for one am glad he was chosen, not because I agree with him on all accounts. We do agree that Jesus Christ is Savior and Lord. That trumps all the anti-Christ alternatives. I bet if the author of this article was asked to give the invocation at the inauguration, he would do it. By the way, I don't see any articles about Joseph Lowery, who's supposed to be there also. I certainly don't agree with much of the way he comports himself. Porter +++

Repentance is needed

before ANY of us can ask God's intervention in our government we must FIRST REPENT for our EXTREME REBELLION AND DISOBEDIENCE TO HIM. He will NEVER answer our prayers until we FIRST repent that WE have elected this anti-Christ government. WE have turned from Him again and again. now He has turned from us. until WE repent and turn back to Him and start electing officials - and yes it starts with our school board and council members and goes up to our congressional representatives and president and begin demanding that they come back to the constitution as it was written NOT as they want it to become then He can no longer be our God. We have abandoned Him time and time again. He is waiting for us to repent and return. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God.

Proper Role

Warren's role will be proper IF he prays for God to give wisdom and guide Obama and that Obama would hear Him and follow His guidance. That is the prayer we should all have for all our elected officials. If someone hears from God and follows His leading, salvation and righteousness will follow. Will Warren pray in this way? We shall find out in 20 days and not a moment sooner. Let us not speculate and accuse someone prematurely. I don't hold much hope for this scenario but we are commanded to not make false accusations and that includes "sure" prognostications. May the Blessed One be with His children and be presented clearly to the President-Elect so we may follow the same Man.

I now also understand that Franklin Graham supports Rick Warren asking God to bless this new administration.(Christianity Today Dec 23 by Sarah Pulliam)I thought it was bad when Obama was elected... then Rick Warren wants to pray for God to bless this abortion President (among other things...)and now Franklin Graham says "For anybody to be upset at Rick Warren for offering a prayer to almighty God, asking God to give wisdom and guidance to the Obama administration, is ludicrous".
I feel sick, angry and decieved inside... These two men at one time held such a high place in my heart... My mistake..I won't make that mistake again. They are just men... men with a lot of influence. And I sadly believe that they don't have enough wisdom to stand up for what Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego and Daniel stood up for. They really don't have a clue!
Sad thing is so much of this really gets a lot worse. If you have done your home work researching our President elects voting record as a senator you will see what Rick is gonna pray Gods blessing for. I'm not sure but I don't think it would have mattered to Rick or Franklin if they knew Obama's voting record.. but for Rick & Franks sake I would like to mention it again plus a few other choice bits of voting history.
Senator Obama fought AGAINST (and defeated) the legislation of SB 1661 in 2002 for 3 years in a row. This legislation would have given babies that had SURVIVED abortions medical help so that they could live!!! Those babies survived their abortion... their murder... but what we fail to recognize is not only that they are Gods creations but they are also called American Citizens ...They are incredibly referred to as "unwanted newborns". American citizens are guaranteed LIFE, LIBERTY and the pursuit of HAPPINESS! Obama fought to let them die. Look it up on YouTube - Infanticide/Jill Stanek. Perhaps our President elect Mr "Christian" Obama doesn't understand the Bible text that talks about "an eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth,look it up Ex.21:22-24. This text clearly shows that God sees these little ones a life. Rick, Frank what are you thinking?
Heres more that Rick can pray about... The report that 1000+ Christians were hacked to death in Kenya after Mr."Christian" Obama raised over $800K dollars and campaigned to help his cousin Raila Odinga run for office as Prime Minister. Odinga lost and had his hench men burned down 800 Christian Churches and hacked those Christians to death. That news report is on the BBC, it wasn't covered here in the US.
Bill SB 485 in 1999, our "Christian" senator in Chicago was the ONLY senator to vote YES on the bill that would give EARLY release to CONVICTED pedifiles. What a stroke of forgivness...
Bill HB 1812 in 1999 our "Christian" senator voted NO on the bill that would require schools to install software that would block sexually EXPLICIT material comming on line to their school computers. Hey Rick, do you want to ask God blessing on this Christian President? I guess so.
An absentee vote allowing Porn Store locations by parks, schools, etc... SB 609 in 2001.

This all makes sense to me because of where he learned about Christianity... Oh yes it was 20 years of teaching under Rev. Wright.

Mr. Franklin Graham and Mr. Rick Warren.. If you want to ask for Gods blessing on Barrack Hussein Obama as our newly elected President.. you can ask...but do you remember what Barrack Obama said was the first thing that he would do once he was in office? I hope you can't... because if you do, I don't know what your definition of a Christian is.
I think it's a good thing that I still have my Bible because I get confused at what a Christian is when I see you three guys claiming to be Christians... especially with what Obama has made very clear... his depraved intentions as President of America and as a leader of the world. What a mess.

I believe that to stand and pray a blessing
over evil is to mock God to His face and
spit on His Word. Blasphemous. I pray
that Rick Warren will also be saved with
Obama and repent.
We should pray that God will put a nose
ring in them all to show forth that He
is God and puts up one leader and another
down. But also remember this verse:
(Pro 21:1)
The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
I pray that God will soon show forth
that He alone is the Lord most High
and He alone is in control.

Praise God and thank you for saying what clearly needs to be said. I absolutely agree that Rick Warren is being used as a pawn for Obama's plans. Unfortunately, his ego and inflated view of his importance will not allow him to recognize the obvious. How sad that he is the face of Evangelicalism today. Pray that God will convict him of this and he will reject this offer and that he will stand for true Biblical Christianity.
