Homosexuality-The Evangelical Tradition
Posted On: 12/11/08 11:22:57 AM Age 53, NE
A sister and I were just last night opining that the church, evangelical and otherwise, has ceased to impact the culture and is rather, now, impacted by it. It was inevitable, however tragic. How else could Scripture's prophecy that "the love of many will grow cold" come to pass? We must first learn the truth and then we will be equipped to live it. Open the Bible. Take God at His Word. Do not fear the one who is able to destroy the body...

Christians Fiddle while US Burns

Perhaps the greatest line in the article is "the church's love affair with commercialism"! Wish I had thought of that myself - that perfectly describes the implosion of, at least the church in America, if not in other areas that have tried to adopt our vain philosophy. But as we may see in a few months, if the church lives by the progressiveness of the world it will also die by the regressiveness of it. As for me and my house, our anchor holds to the Word of God. Thanks for the insight!

WELL SAID MR. JONES!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted On: 12/11/08 05:15:47 AM Age 57, AR
Well said Mr. Jones! I couldn't have said it better. Thank you for your article. We are now seeing the prophecy of the end times spirit of deception being pored out upon all nations, that if possible even the very elect would be deceived. We know who the elect are. The born again believers. It saddens me greatly to see good men be deceived so readily, and willingly, due to pressure from homosexuals. The very word homosexual sickens me to hear, and it seems we all are being bombarded with this evil word every day on a regular basis. Every time I turn my tv on there is some kind of silly sitcom on tv with very poor actors acting like sexual perverts, and cursing. This is the best they can come up with to "entertain" us, because they have a one track mind. And that is to promote their agenda of perverted sex. It saddens me to live in this world today, and have to watch all of this happen, and knowing that the all seeing eyes of our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ are watching this.WELL

Truth and Sarcasm
Posted On: 12/11/08 02:43:01 AM Age 45, TX
I wish it were possible for Christian conservatives to intelligently discuss issues, such as gay marriage/gay agenda without resorting to sarcasm throughout their article. It takes away from the power of the message and the does nothing to enhance the argument. While I agree with the premise, I was very disappointed in the tone of this article.

Homosexuality is SIN

I've noticed that many Evangelicals have sought to protect their worldly bureaucratic church organizations before they would stand protect the Truth. Political correctness is not truth. Millions of people can vote to make something alright, but God is never trumped by a majority. These Evangelicals think they can rationalize away the Truth, but they will not fool Jesus.
