Tolerating being labelled as "Intolerant."

I agree with you Steve. The slow cooking of the frog is definately in play here, as we are affected by this unspoken message to keep our Gospel to ourselves. But, the Truth, must prevail regardless. The beauty about the truth is the very meaning of it-it is absolute, from God alone, and on that grounds we stand. Jesus is the truth, whether someone believes in Him or not. So, in that aspect, nothing can alter or change the Truth, and we have that and all it's force behind us as we share it. I get great comfort in knowing that the Word of God will accomplish what it was sent out to do, regardless of if it is perceived or not. Things do happen when the Truth is proclaimed, and God moves and does what He needs to do to fulfill His purposes in all of that. And, we must remember, that He was persecuted, and so will we be, as His followers. This persecution is beginning to happen today in America, as the Truth of the Gospel is being challenged. Oh Lord, get us to the place where we can indeed feel blessed because we are persecuted for righteousness' sake.
