Planning for retirement is simply not an option for the average working family that has difficulty just keeping up. Living fat in retirement is part of the - pie in the sky, "life is good", American dream. Planning where you'll spend eternity is of way more importance. I do not look forward to living fat in retirement walking hand in hand on some beach with "my better half". I prefer to have the strength to keep sharing the gospel in a meaningful way, without being a burden on anyone, until the very end. Remember, "Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." 1 John 2:15
