The Biblical qualification for a true prophet of God is 100% accuracy. Unfortunately, we forget the Satan is the ruler of this world, and he is able to do signs and wonders that deceive many. That is why sometimes his revelations are true, and sometimes they are false. He also knows Scripture better than most of today's so-called "Christians", and can thus use Biblical prophecies to predict certain things, as Nostradamus' actions exemplify. He is not omniscient, however, so he will make mistakes. We must be diligent in warning immature Christians and the unsaved that tarot cards, astrology, horoscopes, etc. are not harmless entertainment, but tools of Satan to lead them to destruction.

It is notable that the abominations (tarot cards, false "psychics", ...) actually either make self-fulfilling 'prohecies', or even worse CLAIM to have made the prediction after the fact.
A classic example is Jeane Dixon's claim to have "sent warning" to Mohandas Gandhi prior to his being murdered by Godse--Gandhi's family never received the letter, and USPS has no record of it ever being sent. Ironically, Dixon never admitted to such scamming (which she practiced) even when exposed in 1981 by Tamara Rand's (who made an April Fool's Day prediction of Hinkley's shooting of Reagan, the day before--and put a false print-date of March 30 on it) shenanigans.
