Well done Jim. But, remember, you MUST EXPLAIN what Sin is by using the Law so Yahweh's Grace is no longer foolishness to the Lost but truly AMAZING in the demonstration of His mercy to those who SO JUSTLY DESERVE HELL. NEVER ASSUME anyone knows for they have calloused themselves from hearing their own consciences PURPOSEFULLY (the heart of man IS DESPERATELY wicked after all).
The Law is the knife Yahweh calls us to wield EVERY time to prepare the hardened ground of the hearer to receive the Seed of Life. If you do not prepare the soil properly you get a false convert, a double damned son of Hell and YOU will be responsible for their fall before Yeshua.
So remember Jim, and all the readers.
use the Law of Yahweh for what it was designed - for sinners to see their sin as exceeding sinful and repent!
The Spirit showed me years ago that "setting the hook" in witnessing is the point you made very well Jim: TODAY is the day of salvation; You have NO PROMISE of tomorrow. Indeed, EVERY BREATH is a gift of Yahweh, His Name be praised.
We have no HOPE for another moment... every second two people die at the rate of 150,000 EVERY DAY.
And then I make the point, just like my friend Mark Cahill taught me, by snapping my fingers and each time saying two people.... *snap*... two more people died...*snap*... two more...
