Deception is afoot no doubt

Those that were deceived into wasting their vote on a nutty isolationist (Ron Paul), thinking constitutionalism is a higher calling than Biblical principles were/are not Jesus' disciples. You can listen to Ron Paul's closing statement at the Values Voters debate on YouTube, he had difficulty putting two coherent sentences together. The empty headed argument that government has no business legislating morality or virtue, is way out on the lunatic fringe. Governments are formed precisely for those reasons to prevent anarchy - including preventing all sorts of perversions to run rampant. Did you you ever hear about what happened to Sodom? How about the causes for the fall of Rome? Also, his idea of doing away with the central bank is fantastically crazy. It's one thing to decry the federal debt, and cut back on spending, quite another to want to destroy our economic system. Quit drinking whacko koolaid, and get over the infatuation with Ron Paul.

Go Huckabee

Apparently, brother Chuck didn't read Christopher Johnson's article on this site, or maybe he did. Whining about Ron Paul or John McCain accomplishes nothing. Vote for a candidate that takes a clear biblical stance like Huckabee. Where do you come up with this junk about evangelical George Bush robots? May I suggest brother Chuck, that you take a break from the ministry business for awhile, and try welding or something of that sort. There a lot of kudos on your website brother Chuck. What does the Bible say when the world lays accolades on you? As Christians, we know that's not what we're to strive for.
Also, I find it interesting you have a defense of the confederate battle flag on your website which refers to the war between the states, as the war of northern aggression. How exactly is that furthering the gospel? What are your priorities brother Chuck? Are you more interested in defending the constitution, than being a defender of the faith? Quit crying over spilled milk, Ron Paul was just far too strange for the average person to vote for him. If you consider yourself a social conservative, as in a Christian conservative, then we have to be focused on defeating the democratic candidate not beating up on whoever becomes the nominee on the conservative side (Republican), even if he doesn't hit a 100% on an all conservative record. Get your mind right brother, beating a dead horse will never get him across the finish line. Are you just a little too comfortable running Chuck Baldwin's empire? Take a sabbatical, go up on the mountaintop, and fast and pray for awhile. Or maybe just give up the slightly loony, militant political harangues for lent...

Ron Paul, just yesterday, stated that he would not run as a third party candidate. I have supported the Constitution Party from the beginning because of its pro Christian political platform. The Republican and Democrat Parties have proven themselves to be unresponsive to the best interests of the American people for the most part. I support Ron Paul as an individual statesman, and not as a Republican. There is not much to be optimistic about the U.S. government which has become full of corruption and lies, covered up by a mainstream media that disseminates more misinformation and lies. This world has become so full of artificial peoples and artificial steeples, that the only reality left is Jesus Christ. George Cancilla
