You do not substantiate your argument with any facts. I quote from valid LDS sources. Where is your documentation?

I do not like Mr Romney, however this article lacks correct and current factual info. PLEASE take the time to read "Under the Banner of Heaven" before making statements that are not entirely correct. Knowledge is power, this article is not telling the truth completely about the LDS church. Fundementalist mormons are what it is referring to. I am not a fan of the the church and feel it is a cult, but get your facts straight before diseminating info to others.

If you are more concerned about your core values than potential dangers of a person who's allegience is to a religious system, not a country, why not have it both ways? Check out Ron Paul or Mike Huckabee.

Mitt Romney is of such bad character to believe that he will be as Jesus is now. He is such an ego of selfishness to desire and believe he will rule his own planet. All the non-mormons will be his slaves and the women will be his wives on this planet. This sounds more like the monster Hitler than Jesus. He is so easily deceived or apathetic to the truth that he believes the Book of Mormon is true. This book says Jesus was born in Jerusalem and reads like a novel so bad that it would not even make it into paperback today. Mitt Romney believes Jesus and Satan are brothers. Some think it is wrong to call the Mormons a cult. Yet the Mormons think all non -Mormons are going to hell. They think everyone has to be part of their group to get into paradise. That is a cult by definition. A very wise man once said " Any man who desires to rule others is not worthy to rule others". Lou

Mitt Romney was the head of the Salt Lake Olympics. This was the 1ST TIME THE ATHLETES WHO HAD WORKED FOR YEARS TO WIN A GOLD METAL DID NOT RECEIVE A GOLD METAL FOR WINNING THEIR EVENT. They received a gold plated SILVER METAL for winning their event. This one action of Romney tells more about him then a ream of articles. He is a gold plated fraud. Lou

JUST NOT TRUE

You say; "Most of the Old Testament heroes of our faith were polygamists". This is just not true. The following were NOT polygamists: Adam, Seth, Enoch, Noah, Melchizedek, Isaac, Job, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, Boaz, Samuel, Nathan, Elijah, Elisha, Ezra, Nehemiah, Mordecai, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Habakkuk,Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and of course the Hero of all heros The Lord Jesus Christ. Whether Mitt Romney is for our Lord Jesus Christ or against Him is the ONLY thing that matters. Don't be fooled by the "slick package" with "sick substance." Satan, too, is attractive and convincing to any one who takes his eyes off Jesus.
This country will be worse off by far if Romney were to be elected. As a Mormon male (god-to-be) he believes he is superior to women and persons of color. A very devisive belief that will only harm our country.
The candidate who is proven as one who loves and serves the Lord is Mike Huckabee.

Actually, God commands a man to have only one wife and a woman to have only one husband, and polygamy was only culturally accepted by some people but never condoned by God. Please study to be approved and to know the whole truth. Some verses follow: “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Genesis 2:24 “Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.” Deuteronomy 17:17 “But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband.” 1 Corinthians 7:2-3 “A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach;” 1 Timothy 3:2 “Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.” 1 Timothy 3:12 “If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.” Titus 1:6 Believers are to exercise judgment in all affairs of life and government. Also, Romney isn’t as “conservative” as you may think. Romney’s health care program placed a huge financial burden on small business owners, he does not support the Second Amendment, he's wishy washy on same-sex marriage, and he's a member of CFR which secretly undermines the sovereignty of the United States for world government.

Polygamy is NOT the issue. The goofy and erroneous doctrines of Mormanism are NOT the issue. And even Biblicism is not the issue in selscting a President of our country. So we have to keep these things seperate from politics.
Your bias against polygamy is neither politically relevant nor Biblically correct. Most of the Old Testament heroes of our faith were polygamists and such a form of marriage is nowhere condemned or forbidden in scripture and in fact God describes Himself as directly blessing it.
Romney does not claim to be a born again christian. He does claim to be a conservative republican. Let us consider his claims without these histrionics which are more typical of the radical left, which we do not want to see in government.

I am appalled that even some of the Churches sad right next to Romney ,,him with his priestly garb on..sitting on the platform rubbing knee's with him. G-d promised to expose all gov who He says is ran by the god of this world and also the false teachers. Even Satan knew how to get to them, playing on their loving hearts,,sure has made the lie sound good, not only in the Morman cult but in the other churches. like for Rick Warren all churches worship the same god, its just not the G-d of the bible anymore. New age is here, the wolves are in as Satan goes around to kill , steal and destroy. And those who follow and suport anyone who calls my G-d the same as Allah or any other god, is following Satan and they need to turn back. There is only ONE G-d,,even Joel Osteen on Fox, did not tell the right answer when asked if those who do not except Christ are they going to hell? He said, I am not the judge. He should have said, yes that is what the doctrine of Christ is ! He denyed Christ right there. One can go to his web and read what they believe..not one place does it say saved by believing Christ crusified..they too have this new age gospel. How sad,,I believe many will be in the pews after the rapture..Punishment is coming to those of disobedience and add to or take away from G-d's word. How can they be so blind..

We are electing a president not a pope. What are his opinions on core values is really my question. What he believes when he goes into a Temple/Church or what he believes about life after death is not important. He has already proven the following as governor of MA:
He is anti-abortion. He is anti gay marrage. He is against giving amnesty to illegal aliens. He is against big budget government. He is against judicial legislation.
I like the way he handled health care in his state, becoming a model for other states.
He obviously know how to work with a legislature that is liberal and still stick to and achieve conservative goals.
As the leader of the olympics and gov. of a major state, he proved he can be a good executive.
AND.. he still is married to his first wife.
sounds like the best choice out there.
