It is good that this article gives attention to NAU and how it is an aberration of the United States government that has become severed from the needs and sovereignty of its constituents. It is not the business of the federal government, or any governments to decide in favor of certain business interests of the country, unless they are given a mandate from the voting public to do so. That was not the case with NAFTA nor is it the case with the NAU. More people need to understand that their interests are not being served by this federal bureaucracy, and that even further, their rights are being tramped on by that same bureaucracy.
