This is of course based on the idea that the fate of the Gospel rests on the USA and whomever leads the nation.....It isn't.
That the abortion problem is a legal problem where we need to send fourth SWAT Teams to forcfully shut down these "Reproductive heath centers".....Once again, it isn't.
Add to this that these so called "Values candidates" also andorse our current gospel of bombs & bullets, my vote will be either for a third party or I will write in "None of the above". The choice of an evil emporor or a modern day counterpart to Jezabel is no choice at all.

The article accuses Dobson of whining, and it could just as well have included Bob Jones III of doing the same thing (supporting Romney so Clinton won't win). What is extremely suspicious is the fact that many other Christian leaders are ignoring Ron Paul who has a very favorable platform for a sovereign republic, and whose voting record in Congress has been 100 percent constitutional. It leads me to believe that many of these Christian leaders don't want the kind of constructive change that a Paul presidency would bring. They care little about the common person, and, like the Pharisees of Jesus' day, they don't want to lose their comfortable status quo. Dobson and Jones, and many others of their ilk, are running little mammon empires built around Christ. One thing is for certain, if Ron Paul were to be president, those Christian leaders would probably lose their precious 501c3 tax exempt status. Huckabee appeals to "value voters," but what are the priority of their values? Do they care more about sexual values than they do about aggressive war. Do they care more about smoking marijuana than they do about supporting a monetary policy that encourages debt? Illicit sex and illicit drugs are the responsibility of parents, not the federal government. Funding for illegal wars and sound monetary policy is the responsibility of the federal government. Let's get our ducks in proper order. George Cancilla
