Ron Paul is going after the international corporate banking terrorists

Why is it that nearly all of the democratic and republican 2008 presidential candidates are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)? All of them except Ron Paul, Kucinich, Tancredo and Huckabee.
What is the CFR? The CFR is David Rockefeller's private thinktank. The CFR hired Robert Pastor to create the plan for the North American Union (NAU), which is expected to integrate the USA, Mexico, and Canada beginning in 2010. The NAU, the EU, and the Asian Union are part of the United Nations' "Charter for Global Democracy." In other words, a United Nations government that will oversee the three regional governments of the world. If you have been following the track record of the United Nations, you would then know that the UN has a horrible history of ignoring human rights abuses, while protecting corporate interests. This means the CFR's plan for a one world government would put the power into the hands of private corporations that have so far demonstrated little regard for human life.
If there is a Satan in this world, it is the international corporate banking families that manipulate the United Nations, the World Bank, the CFR, the world mainstream news media, and the corporate-owned US Federal Reserve.
In addition, the CFR is very much pro-war, for corporate profit.
The USA should not be in Iraq, nor should we have ever entered Iraq, because there has never been any link tying Iraq to 9/11. Pre-emptive war on countries that do not represent a threat to the USA is illegal according to the US Constitution. If we do not follow our own laws, then what laws are we following? Are we following the laws of corporations that want to go to war, so that they can profit from it?
Also, whatever happened to working toward peace, and having religious leaders work to resolve religious disputes before war is declared? Whatever happened to the Christian wisdom of peace and understanding?
War should only be a last resort after everything else has failed. Pre-emptive war is the work of Satan, who works to resolve conflicts through death and suffering.
Ron Paul wants to dismantle the USA's ties to the international corporate banking families who are ruining our great nation. Please vote for him -- he is a great hero of our time. He has the wisdom and the strength to persevere and do the job right.

Yes it was tongue in cheek and also true it wasn't all that funny - but I see us (Christians) putting our hope over and over in politicians who we really don't know and who often use us without really sharing our convictions. //Our hope can not and should not be in another politicial 'messiah' (as many saw in George W Bush) - it's okay to be involved in the political process - but there are more conservative "Larry Craig's" who are duping believers every day // Our strongest efforts and time should be spent elsewhere.

I'm a local radio talk host and I interviewed Congressman Paul recently. My biggest concern about him is the war in Iraq. However, I'm starting to understand his thinking. I've been coming around to Dr. Ron Paul. The more I hear about him the more I like. What I don't understand is why so many conservatives are against him? I mean, when you think about it, isn't straying miles away from the US Constitution more troubling than pulling out of Iraq? Even if he's wrong on Iraq, he's right on 99% of the other issues. Now tell me, what GOP or Dem has that high of percentage for conservative Christians???

When Al Queda attacked our nation and then took refuse in another nation, we certainly not only had a right to go into that nation to get Al-Queda but a duty to do just that. The war in Afghanistan certainly should have been fought. It has just not been fought in a just manner. We should have went in and eliminated Al-Queda and then left. We should not be a part of nation building. If Clinton had not of bombed Al-Queda with cruise missiles it would have been a lot easier to go in and get Al-Queda. that did nothing but serve as a warning to them. We knew where Al-Queda was at in Afghanistan and we could have went in with troops and surrounded that area and then eliminated them completely then left. Lou

Larry Craig is not an A+ conservative. He is a sold out pawn of big business with no interest in reducing the size of government unless it can be done to enhance the profits of big business.
His recent controversy has roots that go back to the 1970's. He attends a United Methodist Church lead by a homosexual man and lesbian woman. His appearance of conservative values is just how he stays elected in RED state Idaho.
He supports amnesty for illegal aliens and wants to pass the Ag Jobs bill so that corporate farms can get away paying immigrants less than a fair wage. The current Ag Jobs statute requires fair treatment of immigrants.
And, oh yeh, he plead guilt to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct when arrested for lewd behavior.
A conservative does not plead out to charges of lewd conduct.
Regarding Chuck, who died and made him a god? For all of his conservative rhetoric, he misses the Biblical command to not hold oneself up as better than others. His title of Doctor is just honorary. It is a way that colleges and universities get graduation speakers and then elevate them before the audience by bestowing an Honorary Doctorate on them. Self-promotion is not a Biblical value.
He refuses to answer e-mail with critical questions.
Ron Paul is a Constitutionalist to a fault. Great concept in theory but counter-productive in practice. By his proposal, we should be turning the other cheek to the terrorists. I have plenty of reasons to be against the Iraq war (My daughter did not return from her Army tour in Kirkuk) but Ron Paul's reasons are not included.

The only ESSENTIAL terrorists the citizens of the United States need to be concerned about are the ones who managed to gain access to the federal bureaucracy, and who have continually disregarded the Constitution. How convenient to suddenly start blaming Islam for our woes. Our central government has perpetrated all of our woes for at least the last 100 years. Ron Paul is a firm believer in the Constitutional provision for defense. The word is "defense" NOT aggression. The US has no right to interfere in the political business of other sovereign nations, as it has so often done through CIA covert operations. Pre emptive war is a neo con invention that only a self righteous country would agree to. George Cancilla

I am saddened that Mr. Baldwin is spreading a propaganda which I believe only supports Islamic terror and emboldens the enemy. Is this his goal? What side is he on anyway?
I do not believe he understands the nature of evil, Islam, and the basic war between good and evil, and ultimately God and Satan. I strongly disagree with promoting Ron Paul as the right person for president and believe true Conservative Republicans will disagree too, simply because of Ron Paul's (and apparently Mr. Baldwin's) lack of standing up against the terrorists.
America wasn't founded on appeasement tactics. These Islamic fundamentalists want to kill us because their religion demands that people of the book (the Bible) must die. I don't believe much else matters when they do not respect human life, as Christians should, and the terrorists will not stop at anything to murder for their god Allah.

I’ve known about Ron Paul since the 1980s, and agree he is consistently loyal to the Constitution. When I lived in Nevada, I contributed to his campaigns, and voted for him when he ran as the Libertarian candidate for president.
But he seems clueless about Islam. He truly set himself up for Giuliani’s verbal body-slam during the first TV debate, when he said 9-11 was our fault.
Before I support Ron Paul for the Republican nomination, he’ll have to articulate a deeper understanding regarding Islam. Islam is not just another religion, another way to worship the Creator God of the Bible. On the contrary, Allah is the pagan moon god of ancient Arabia. Islam is the militant, murderous intolerance of all other religions, including secular Humanism. Islam teaches that there can be only three ways to relate to non-Moslems:
1. Non-Moslem, essential trading partners can be tolerated but not befriended.
2. If Moslems are a small minority, it’s OK to pretend to be harmless until their numbers become a force.
3. Otherwise, devout Moslems are to convert, enslave, or kill the infidels (all non-Moslems.)
Islam is not merely a religion that wars with every other religion. It is a political system, a violent, cruel, suppressive, dictatorial system of government that envisions a world Islamic empire established by force. Although the TV news bimbos never mention it, devout Moslems have been conducting religious war against the West, against all non-Moslems, especially Jews and Christians.
Ron Paul may believe they’ll leave us alone if we simply leave them alone. To me, that seems suicidally naive! His answer to a global network of Moslem terrorist organizations financed by Saudi Arabia and Iran is marque and reprisal? Hopelessly inadequate!

A friend from my church asked one of RonPaul's vote-bribers at the Straw Polls if he was from Iowa. "Thank God, no!" was his response. I'm not voting for that. Since this is a Christian forum, let's make this relevant: Who would Jesus vote for?

When do articles like this border on "trolling" for a candidate, because if it hasn't been done already, this comes very close.

What about Senator Larry Craig? He has a 100% A+ voting record on conservative issues and total evangelical support - think we could talk him into running?

Ron Paul represents a glimmer of hope for an otherwise dismal future for Americans. Whatever can be done to influence the Republican delegates to the convention to nominate Ron Paul, is an activity that would be well spent. We must convince our friends and neighbors to turn their heads away from the major media spin on this upcoming election, and look at the issues elsewheres for themselves. Many people do not have access to the internet, so those of us who do should invite others who don't to examine the candidates from that perspective. It will be time well spent, especially if Ron Paul would get the Republican nomination. And if he does, a vote for Ron Paul in the national election would not be a vote for the lesser of two evils...something the public hasn't been presented with in the presidential elections for a long time from the two major parties.
