Amen! Ron Paul is the ONLY choice

I absolutely agree.
To support any candidate other than Dr. Ron Paul is tantamount to heresy.
Dr. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who will move our nation back to that which the founding fathers intended.
ALL other candidates are just "part of the system"--a flawed and failed system that has brought us to this evil time in our nation's history.

The only candidate that a christian could legitimately support in this current political climate is Dr. Ron Paul.
All other candidates are lacking.
I have lost all respect for this author in his support of Tancredo.
Please go back and review all the writings of this author as their evident failure in this area may be a warning sign that they are a political and spiritual wolf in sheeps clothing.

WHY has a Conservative to do with the Republican Primary?

I am disappointed that you so quickly and out-of-hand dismissed a so-called "Third Party" (as though there were only one, and it is third). You said yourself that the Republicans stabbed us in the back after we put them in office with the hope Reagan LED (not "lead") us in. This is because they are ONE party, and I call the Republocrats. They agree on every major principle. They are big government, pro-U.N., anti-Christian, pro-big taxes. The Republicans did more to hurt us with the contrarily-named Patriot Act than their Dem. counter-parts. The point is, there is a CONSERVATIVE PARTY -- and it is called the Constitution Party - "God, Family, Republic". I hope your readers will look them up. And WE don't have to win; the battle is not to the mighty, nor the race to the swift. The battle belongs to YHWH.

Yes! Huckabee is the best choice. Tancredo is MEAN and frightfully self righteous. He may have a conservative voting record, but he is lacking the "key" to winning this election: "Love, from a pure heart..." Remember, "...if you have not love, it profits you NOTHING!"
I believe Dems and Repub. are both looking for a genuine, caring individual who is more concerned about others than themselves. If any of the candidates can convice the American Public that they are indeed genuine, then they will win. Sadly, I do not think there is room in our current political climate for a genuine, honest, selfless candidate. There is too much corrupt money controlling the system.

Exodus 18:21 provides what is basically a
summary of 6 principles that describe a
republican form of government. Principle
3 is "such as fear God." But before that
are #1, "Out of all the people," in other
words they are no royal families. #2 is
"able men." A common management theory
question is choose from 2 candidates for
a job: One without real character but
eminently capable of doing the job, and #2,
one with impeccable character but without
ability.
The correct answer is you choose #1 and
keep an eye on him.
The overriding practical requirement for
us based on Judicial Appointments of the
quality of Roberts and Alito. So to make
them we must: 1. Win. 2. Organize.
For that we need Fred Thompson.

I share your point of view and endorsement of Tom Tancredo as the best Republican candidate out there, but reality is he is not going to get the nomination. The cards are stacked against him; it is the political behind-the-scenes established machinery at work in overdrive. It will be a Hillary/Obama ticket against Fred Thompson/?. Now if Thompson would pick Tancredo, that would make an intersting ticket, although I am not saying I am fully supporting Thompson at this point. It just seems everything is pointing in that direction right now.

At one time, I voted for Tom Tancredo in a straw poll because of his stance on immigration. Then, I did research and found out that he was a co-sponsor of the "Real ID Act of 2005," the unconstitutional legislation signed into law that would force states to change their driver licenses to conform to a national standard that will lead to a national identification card. (Flashback to "Your papers, please", just like in Nazi Germany.) After that, my husband and I decided to back Ron Paul, who always votes according to the Constitution.
More and more states are rejecting Real ID, as shown on www.RealNightmare.org, and should reject both Duncan Hunter and Tom Tancredo as Presidential candidates for trampling the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved for the States respectively, or to the people." For more info on Ron Paul, see www.RonPaul2008.com.
