Steve, I feel that your article was from the Holy Spirit. I agree with what you say and would like to add that The scripture teaches us that all of God's judgments are meant for the sake of mercy. Romans 11:28 As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, 29for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. 30Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, 31so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now[h] receive mercy as a result of God's mercy to you. 32FOR GOD HAS BOUND ALL MEN OVER TO DISOBEDIENCE SO THAT HE MAY HAVE MERCY ON THEM ALL.-- God does not choose between mercy and judgment. GOD'S JUDGMENTS ARE MERCIFUL AND HIS MERCY IS JUST. That is why Jesus had to die for the sake of justice and to show us mercy. His death was both merciful and just. Not one person likes tyranny. People love to have freedom. Where the Spirit of Christ is there is freedom. Not everyone would enjoy heaven, Satan did not. God does not force anyone to come to be with Him, or heaven. He leaves everyone choose for themselves. The only ones who are going to go to heaven forever are those who would be happy there. The ones that hate God are left to their own choice, which is hell. The thing that makes God sad is once the choice is made and judgment comes, God knows the future and how sorry those who have chosen hell will be with it. Hell is forever and it has a one way door for a entrance. There is no way out for all eternity. I want to preach nothing but Jesus Christ and Him crucified so that many will love His justice and mercy and come to Him forever. Lou
