Plagarism?

Dear Sir, In your haste to “cast the 1st stone” you apparently overlooked his words: “You may *recall the story* that appeared last year about the incredible bias of the BBC.” Your strawman of plagarism just crashed & burned! If you think you’re big enough to take on mature Christians then leave the Christian lefties out of it – they’re still babes on the “milk of the Word”… Dan RN

Bill, Thanks for your column, I stopped watching and listening to the MSM about twenty-five years ago. Now thanks to articles such as yours I can now stay informed. Keep up the good work. Captured by HIS grace Gene

the MSM isnt so much left leaning as profit leaning.
remember "if it bleeds it leads" - its about whats causing a big stink will get people buying.
With the journalistic heritage you claim, one would think that you know that. Or perhaps you do know that, and your leveraging it to your advantage (nothing wrong about that - but be honest)
And is your faith in your faith so unsteady that a mere 3 books makes you worry? If the universal truth (cough) of your faith is so great, what have you got to worry about?
This is just a outright example of the christian right (because there are christian lefties too you know) not wanting to accept an even playing field of ideas. You still get plenty of press, you still get (and expect) an imbalanced level of validity for your ideas and you still expect people to treat you with kid gloves.
Im sorry if i come off angry - its not my intention to demean or insult anyone. But have you ever wondered WHY there is a rise in atheist ideas and literature?
finally there is one quite concerning thing here - plagarism
---------------------------
http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/opinion/story/0,22049,21916507-5001031,00.html
"Last year, a leaked record of an "impartiality summit'' called by BBC chairman Michael Grade revealed that the BBC is dominated by left-leaning liberals who flaunt their biases against British traditional values.
BBC executives admitted that it is dominated by homosexuals and people from ethnic minorities, is anti-American, and more sensitive to the feelings of Muslims than Christians. "
---------------------------------
once again - as a journalist, one would think you would know what the common view of plagarism is. it leads one to ask "what have you actually written and what belongs to someone else?"

And the Christian books that make the best seller list in non fiction are based on the "blab and grab" movement, the Purpose- Driven-seeker-sensitive drivel, or based on a convoluted eschatological system that the majority of Christianity does not subscribe to.
