I had the privilege of being old enough to be aware of the election of Eisenhower in his first contest with Adlai Stevenson, and to remember how deeply I wanted Eisenhower to be elected. He was a great blessing to our nation. On another topic, remind me never to visit New York City. I don't want to go to the women's restroom and find a man in there, especially one who is dressed as absurdly as transvestites tend to be. I don't know if they think they are beautiful, but the ones I have seen have looked grotesque. I wouldn't be caught dead in public looking like that. How far we have come, all downhill, since the days when Ike was our President.
