False Prophecy

There was a prophetic fever about at the time and Miller wasn't the only man to chase that rabbit. Miller succumbed to a misinterpretation. He did not prophesy. Miller later repudiated it, but he was not the only one to teach the position that he taught. His misinterpretation has simply been carried on by a denomination he did not found, but looks back to his work. Where Miller preached is still a spot for SDA pilgrimages.
Walter Martin knew, more than any other man, what it was like to read Ellen Whites works. He was probably the only man alive in the last 100 years that read all of them.
