I see changes in the Islamic communities, and they know there is a growing power. All of the events in the United States with our government, and Iran the enrichment of Uranium, and the hastening of the Mahdi are not just coincidental, coming to a head. For once in my life, I am worried for all people on the planet, not because of lack of faith, but because of total evil enveloping us. What is God's Plan for his people amidst this chaos?

Religion by any name is unacceptable to God, whether it be called Judeo Christianity, Islam, or Budhist, etc. Only Jesus Christ is acceptable to God, because He is the One and only Living God, not to be displaced with religious ideologies. Dispensationalism is the use of God's Word to fit a man contrived agenda. God will not find favor with ANY group of people who instigate war. George Cancilla

The Holy Scriptures are the best history book ever written (among other things). It is the only book that goes all the way back to the beginning, and also the only book to give God's point of view. Other books give mens point of view, and we know that men are notorious liars. But The Bible gives God's point of view and He can not lie. Why is God so careful to preserve so much history. It is because we as mere men can learn much from history and the mistakes and victories of others that walked before us. What does this history teach us? Many men thought they were the servants of God, but the scriptures show us that most of these men, such as the pharisees, were really serving Satan instead. This one fact should humble all of us, and cause us to seek God and ask for His mercy to save us from ourselves. God also prophesied through many men and here are some facts about those men; some were not servants of God at all, such as the high priest who spoke of better for "One Man to die". - The men who did serve God were very humble men and we could all learn from their example. - These men spoke the very words that God Himself put into their mouths and their pens, they did NOT speak of their own accord. - These prophecies included things about the past, present, and future; but not many of these prophets knew much about the near future, let alone the far future. - Look at the 12 disciples that Jesus Himself choose; not one of them understood the near future of how Jesus would die on the cross, even though Jesus told them plainly many times about His own death. - It is good for Joel to keep us up to date about currant events, and it is good for us to discuss these events among ourselves, for iron sharpens iron. But we should all try to be very humble about our opinions, for what mere man knows the future, that only God knows. Even The Man, Jesus, did not know about the day or the hour of His return. ( Matt 24) If The Man, Jesus was so humble, even though Jesus was also God Almighty; how humble should we mere men be, even though we are just mere men and not God. Yes Jesus has baptized us in the Holy Spirit, but no man even influences The Holy Spirit, let alone control The Holy Spirit. We are but mere clay jars as Paul writes in 2 Cor 4: 7But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is FROM GOD AND NOT FROM US. 8We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; 9persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 10We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body. 12So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you. - The more broken we become the more the light of Jesus can shine through our mere and dirty clay. People in the U.S. need to wake up and realize what their government is up to, and how that is leading to a major confrontation of superpowers, just because the greedy elite do not know when enough is enough. Insatiable greed is very obnoxious in the eyes of the Lord. Russia, China and India will not tolerate a U.S. or Israeli attack on Iran. Just south of the capital of Armenia is an airbase that has Russian jet fighters and Russian pilots ready to respond to any U.S. or Israeli attack on Iran. The governments of the U.S. and Israel are lying about Iran in order to start another resource war and theft of Iranian national assets, just like they did regarding Afghanistan and Iraq. Some in the U.S. and Israel have grand visions that they are the rulers of the world, but that is just not so. Their leaders have an egotistical perception of how influential, important or powerful they are. This world is no longer led only by the U.S., Britain, and Israel, or only about what they want, desire, or covet. George Cancilla

The Russian and Arab Federation..will strike against Israel.

Leaving but ONE SIXTH..of the Russian and Arab Federation. Ezekiel 39:2.
The Jews will be SEVEN MONTHS..burying the dead...that they may cleanse the land. Ezekiel 39:12.

Its just important to realize that we have to stay balanced in the everyday and not run around like scared and raving lunatics. God is always in control. Our mission is to obey God, live holy lives, share the joy of our saviour Jesus Christ in what He does for us each day. Nations seem to have a course of their own and having a character like the leader of Iran on the playing field is difficult -- he just doesn't play by humanities rules. He could always get a heart attack, and that would solve his big mouth, and that would be an act of God. All I can say is that this whole world situation has got us all on alert for what is happening next. For those of us who have accepted Jesus as our personal savior, we know our destination. I'm remaining calm and trusting in our Lord and praying like my feet are on fire! Thank you for allowing commentary on this article!
