Topic Two: Connecting the United Nations curriculum known as the International Baccalaureate program to Bill Gates, Obama, Ayers, and other radicals. Topic Three: Yesterday a county school board member running for re-election in Brannon's county told him that the IB curriculum, that is being used in a local school, was gutted of all offensive materials. Since that conversation, Brannon has uncovered evidence that this is not possible. Participating school have to commit to embrace the IB philosophy and mission statement. 	Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 Crosstalk Bob Beauprez is a former dairy farmer, community banker, and Member of Congress. Upon leaving the House of Representatives, he ran unsuccessfully for Governor of Colorado. He recently authored his first book, A Return to Values: A Conservative Look at His Party. He also publishes a monthly e-magazine, ”A Line of Sight”. This program featured a wide-ranging discussion of the many ways the strong foundations of the United States have eroded, both through apathy and moral decline, and also purposefully through raising generations of Americans who do not know their nation’s true history, and are too busy to take the time to read and learn the truth. Some examples discussed included: --President Obama’s speech to the United Nations in which he stated that no nation can claim a superior system over any other --The nomination and likely confirmation of Elena Kagen, whose positions against home schooling (especially by Christians who believe the Bible), in favor of partial birth abortion, in favor of Sharia law, plus her belief that the laws do not apply equally to everyone, and that the Constitution can “evolve” as needed to enable liberal politicians or judges to carry out their agendas, should have disqualified her from consideration. In fact, it can be argued that her twisting of her earlier statements in her confirmation hearings to hide her true views would be grounds for disbarment. --The continuing moves towards compulsory “volunteerism”, which started with Barack Obama’s proposals as a presidential candidate that all school children serve up to 50 hours of community service, to the bill just introduced by Cong. Rangel that would require all citizens and permanent residents of the United States, between age 18 and 42, to serve two years to defend the nation in either military or civilian service, whenever the President determines that national security requires such service. This would effectively give the government two years to “re-educate” those in these age groups to go along with global rather than national perspectives.

Many people think that once children become adults, the job of parenting is done, and they can relax and enjoy the grandchildren! But a difficulty arises when parents see their adult child making choices with which they do not agree. It is compounded if the adult child is also living with the parents. The Bible, in several locations, refers to children who are now "of age" to speak for themselves, and teaches that, even if single, they are able to serve the Lord. As adults, especially, they--not their parents--are responsible for their decisions. No formula can ensure that our children will become believers, or that they will not abandon the training of their parents. Sin comes from their hearts, and only the Holy Spirit can change their hearts. Topic Two: Obama signs an Executive Order expanding federal power and the U.N. Agenda 21 program. Topic Three: Obama advisors demand more United Nations blue helmets on U.S. troops. Topic Four: Why will so many American troops be open to wearing a UN uniform? One reason why is because the United Nations' curriculum, International Baccalaureate, is currently being taught in more than 1,095 schools in America. This curriculum pushes the United Nations along with Agenda 21 that Obama just sought to expand in America, sustainable development, pagan spirituality, socialized medicine, socialism, an end to parental authority, population control, abortion on demand and much more. Topic Five: Brannon sees a commercial in the Memphis, TN area where a conservative school board member is running for re-election in Shelby County has a retired public school teacher endorsing him and gives as an example of her credibility that her two grandsons are in the International Baccalaureate program at Germantown High School. So let's get this straight, the IB program is being given credibility in a political ad for a conservative? When the Bible-Belt and conservative mid-south parents, taxpayers, educators, and elected officials accept the anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-capitalist curriculum of the United Nations, you know the culture war is lost. Do not buy the lie that is being peddled here in Memphis which is that the curriculum was gutted of all its negative aspects. This curriculum is so offensive, so liberal, so anti-American that you could not gut it, you would have to just throw it where it belongs---in the trash. Why would "Conservatives" seek to gut a United Nations' curriculum anyway? Are America's schools that hard up for curriculum? Topic Six: We take your calls.
