Elaine Donnelly President of Center for Military Readiness, which is actively working to halt Pat Murphy’s (D-PA) Law HR 1283 which will repeal the 1993 Military Eligibility Law Congress passed banning homosexuals in the military. The law was veto-proof and has stood in the courts. There is a multi-million dollar ‘Gays in the Military Campaign’ opposing the ban, but Elaine says it is NOT too late to defeat this legislation.
