...fast moving and loaded with information
...Confrontational, yet kind
...Conservative on Values
...
CROSSTALK is filling a very important need in providing information on the timely events and situations that exist in our nation and therefore in our communities.
- WPTH - Olney, IL
The issues and in-depth discussion of issues on CROSSTALK are most critical to America. CROSSTALK gives our listeners information and views they would never hear from the secular media.
WDFB - Danville, KY
VCY's CROSSTALK with Vic Eliason has daily and consistently enlightened the listening audience with information on all levels and strata in an attempt to "rouse up" the "sleeping Christian Giant" in our country to intercessory prayer and action. It is absurd that the battle fought and won for our freedoms by our Godly forefathers would again need to be waged.....We, as Christians must take our rightful places and responsibilities and raise up the Christian flag in this ONE CHRISTIAN NATION UNDER GOD!

Crosstalk: July 28
Douglas Sean O’Donnell is the senior pastor of New Covenant Church in Naperville, Illinois, and author of the book, God’s Lyrics: Rediscovering Worship Through Old Testament Songs.
In our day it’s not uncommon for Christians to ask for worship songs that they feel relate to their life today, as though Old Testament songs aren’t applicable to the idea of contemporary worship.
Pastor O’Donnell debunks this notion as he looks at the significance of songs from Moses, Deborah, Hannah, David and Habakkuk and how they are still highly relevant today.
He also compares these historical songs to contemporary and classic Christian songs that are popular today. Do the contemporary songs measure up in terms of being Lord centered? Are they full of “self”? Do they teach us about God and what he’s done?

Deborah Collins is a mother of two who hosts her own radio program, "Celebrate Women", heard on KWRD in Dallas, Texas.
Brannon opened this broadcast with the story of a 16 year old Dallas, Texas, area girl who had her dentist put “fangs” on her teeth. This is an example of the huge impact that The Twilight Saga series of books and movies is having on children, mothers, Christians and even churches.
The "Twilight Saga" series of books and movies are occult romance stories that attempt to make a distinction between good vampires and bad vampires. This may be because, as Deborah points out, many people today feel powerless.
For the Christian, this is where it’s important to have biblical discernment. An important aspect in this regard is recognition of the ministry of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.
From blood-mimicking soft-drinks to kids biting each other, join Brannon and Deborah as they present the details of this phenomenon and provide the biblical response.
