All It Takes for Secular Humanism to Triumph is for Good Christians to Do Nothing. Here is Your Chance Do Something!

Richard Dawkins is the author of the New York Times Best-Seller, God Delusion. Dawkins is a hard-core atheist and Secular Humanist. Dawkins and the Council for Secular Humanism are publishers of the national magazine, Free Inquiry. In the February/March 2007 issue, they spent three full pages attacking Brannon Howse, President and Founder of Worldview Weekend. They closed their three page attack by writing:

Still, men and women who read and believe writers like Brannon Howse compose a majority of the voting public in some heartland states…That is not so much disheartening as it is terrifying.

Two other Secular Humanists and leftist organizations that have attacked Brannon Howse and Worldview Weekend on their website include, People for the American Way and Barry Lynn’s, Americans United For The Separation of Church and State. This last group has even snuck in and recorded one of our conferences and then peddled the sound bites to liberal journalists for their drive-by media style stories.

These groups are openly attacking Brannon Howse and Worldview Weekend because they are aware that thousands of students and adults are attending the Biblical Worldview Weekends and being equipped to battle them in the arena of ideas and reveal their lies.

In addition, one million visitors per month now visit the websites of Worldview Weekend to read articles and watch video clips that reveal the truth, consistency, logic and validity of a Biblical worldview. Perhaps the greatest offense of today’s Secular Humanists is that the Lord has seen fit to use Worldview Weekend to turn former atheists, agnostics and casual Christians into vocal and productive followers of Jesus Christ.

The American Civil Liberties Union, The American Humanists Association, Planned Parenthood, and Politicians will raise millions of dollars this year to further their Secular Humanist worldview attack on our Christian faith and families.

Charles Francis Potters authored, Humanism, A New Religion in which he wrote:

Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism. What can the theistic Sunday schools, meeting for an hour once a week, and teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem the tide of a five-day program of humanistic teaching?

Researchers continue to come up with increasingly grave statistics that reveal the success of the Secular Humanists. Consider how serious the condition is among self-professing Christian adults:

  • 64% believe moral truth depends on the situation;
  • 60% believe male/female co-habitation outside of marriage is acceptable;
  • 55% believe a good person can earn his or her salvation;
  • 44% believe Jesus Christ committed sins while on earth.(1)

And consider the peril of college students:

  • 67% of college professors approve of homosexuality;
  • 84% of professors approve of abortion;
  • 65% embrace socialist and communist ideals;(2)
  • 88% of students from “Christian” homes deny their faith before they graduate from college;
  • 91% of students from evangelical churches do not believe in absolute moral truth.(3)

Will you help us equip thousands of adults and students with the ability to contend for the faith as we are commanded to do in Jude chapter three?

Worldview Weekend has committed to hosting our FREE Code Blue Rally in eight cities this fall. While we are committed to not charging an admission fee for this vital training, we must raise the funds to cover the nearly $8,000 each event will cost. Therefore, we would like to offer you Worldview Weekend’s Christian Family Survival Kit with all proceeds going towards the cost of the Code Blue Rallies.

This is a practical package and if your family members will read the enclosed book, use the worksheets at the end of each chapter and watch the DVDs, your family will be better equipped to think and live like Biblically minded Christians.

  5. You cannot legislate morality.
  6. God is opposed to all war and capital punishment.
  7. Abortion should be legal because a women can do whatever she wants with her body.
  8. The more one discovers about the universe, the more one discovers evidence of a designer.

Why Being Good is Not Good Enough (DVD)
Candace Cameron Bure'

During my teenage years I had a lot of fans that admired and looked up to me and I was considered a good role model. When I stood back and looked at myself I thought, "You know I'm a very good person." When I did something my conscience told me was wrong, I just asked God to forgive me. I thought He had to do that because I asked him into my heart. So, I continued living my life in a repeating cycle of sin, then asking God to excuse it. I was a false convert, after coming to understand Biblical repentance, I became a true convert. God had transformed the way I think and live my life. Things that were once important to me are no longer important. I can't help but share the good news with everyone!

Code Blue: Hearts and Minds At Risk (DVD)
By Brannon Howse

In this presentation Brannon covers such topics as: Why only 4% of self-professing adults have a Biblical worldview - Why 69% - 94% of students are leaving church after high school and not returning. Why teaching biblical doctrine is the solution to these problems. How Biblical doctrine brings discernment and reveals the will of God for our lives. Why there has been a huge falling away from Biblical truth. How false teaching, such as the Emergent Church, is destroying lives. Why Biblical doctrine is not boring. Why Biblical doctrine should be taught early. Why the church is filled with so many false converts and the consequences parents are reaping for raising entertainment and sports obsessed children.
