A Ladies Bible Study of I Peter with Susan Heck: Susan and her husband Doug have been married for 38 years. Susan has been involved in Women’s Ministries for about 30 years. This included teaching Bible Studies, counseling, and heading up Ladies with the Master women’s ministry at Grace Community Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma (www.gccoftulsa.net). Susan is a certified counselor with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors. (www.nanc.org) Susan is the author of “With The Master” Bible Study series for women. She also is the author of “Putting Off Life Dominating Sins”, “A Call to Scripture Memory”, and “A Call to Discipleship”, and A Message of Assurance—20 Tests for God’s Children (Focus Publishing). Susan’s teaching ministry is an outgrowth of her memorization work on the Bible. She has personally memorized 24 books of the New Testament word-for-word (The Gospel of Matthew, The Gospel of John, Romans, Second Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, First and Second Thessalonians, First and Second Timothy, Titus, Philemon, Hebrews, James, First and Second Peter, and First, Second, and Third John), Jude, Revelation, 1 book of the Old Testament (Jonah), and several other portions of Scripture. Susan Heck is 57 years old, and has two grown children, and seven grandchildren. Both children and their spouses are in full time ministry. Because of the enthusiastic ladies who attended the Bible Studies that Susan teaches, and because of the life changes, Susan has been invited to speak to a number of ladies groups.
