Today on “Encounter God’s Truth,” Bible teacher and author Dr. John Whitcomb presents the final message in our series called, “Acts: A Powerful Witness.” We will examine Peter’s penetrating and doctrinally rich sermon delivered on the Day of Pentecost—considering its meaning for those who first heard it as well as its implications for us today. Later, host Wayne Shepherd asks Dr. Whitcomb to apply what we have learned in this series in light of current trends in the church today.
