The summit was attended by religious leaders of numerous faiths and denominations from Hindus, to Buddhists, to Muslims, to "evangelicals" to those of the Baha'i faith. The purpose of the summit was to have an inter-faith dialogue and to work toward world peace and a one world religion. Sadly Carl reports that numerous self-professing evangelicals and organizations were enthusiastic participants. What does the Bible say about this issue in First Kings 18?
